Thank you so much po dra.i'm65 years old napo nagmemaintain ng para sa highblood 3days napo akong huminto ng kanin atmga chocolate cakes ice cream at mga breads oatmealmga bad na pagkain parang lumalakas napo ang katawan ko dati po takot akong kumain ng larne ngayon po nagsimula napo akong kumain ng karne at luto sa gata nagpa bp po ako ngayon normal po 122 over 83 thank you po dra.lahat po ng video nyo lagi ko pong pinapanood God bless po

Very good topic, huwag malungkot without rice. Eat fish, lean meats mixed with vegetables. In Ilonggos there are good fiber vegetables like green langka, puso ng saging, green saging saba & any kind of green vegetables available.

I follow your KZbin channel because I find it very useful especially I'm a diabetic, I'm a Nurse here in Libya for more than a decade, ER Nurse, I started preparing foods you have mentioned, but it's very hard for me to prepare especially during post night duty because I'm very tired and feeling exhausted. I'm alone, mostly the ofw takes a lot of time in work place,then at home still preparing food, cooking , cleaning, ironing, doing house hold chores, compare to those who has companion and doing preparation for meal plan, that's why they keep their low carb food regularly because they have assistance, and someone prepare them food, just saying...

Pag no carbo, dinadamihan ko na lang yung fiber & protein. It is so filling. Unlike pag may white rice, sandali lang gutom ulit. It stimulates my cravings

hello doc jo,... really im started intermittent fasting, kaya lang,. hindi ku pa talaga kaya na walang carb, i eat camote 1 to 2 peace medium, of course chicken, beef, yan lang gulay sometimes hindi talaga papasok sa dila ku, . and thank you, . nag direct aqu to 14 15 16 17 hrs, and my hyper or bp 1s 130/90 , somtyms umaabot ng 140/90

doc ok yan kung wala kang trabaho na mabigat ok lng hindi mag kanin pero kung yung trabaho mo sa palayan or mabibigat tapos hindi ka mag rice baka mawalan ka ng malay subra gutom

Doc, you look beautiful in those pictures, your face becomes leaner, your smile is contagious. When you eat protein without fats like those skim milk it becomes sugar too, so eat protein with a little bit of fats, the problem all meat become "lean", people are brainwashed by fats, in reality they should be afraid of "flour"
