Yay, house #2 won! This is a small, simple, yet stunning house. All the credit going to the owners' excellent and unique style, sense of personalization and attention to detail. I am saving this youtube video just bc of the winner.

I would have chosen the home shown at the end (the white one with cool windows picked out in black). Have no idea why it did not win top prize. What a shame.

The only thing I liked was the architectural aspects of the home, the decor wasn't all that. Home #2 was more considered, though it wasn't 100% to my taste... I could see and appreciate the effort made by the owners..

House #1 I gave a 7/10. The house is beautiful but I found the decor a bit tacky. House #2 I gave a 8/10. An average house outside but the inside is unique and stylish. House #3 I gave a 10/10. I love everything about it.
