Y'all should listen to her album Traveller - its a compositions in a blend of FLAMENCO and INDIAN CLASSICAL. Its amazing , Especially -Buleria Con ricardo , Si no Puedo verla , Boy meets girl and Casi Uno. They are honestly one of the best fusion of falmenco and Indian classical I have ever heard. The parts with Javier Limón are beyond heaven to my ears.

That bansuri kind of instrument is called “shehnai” and dholak kind of instrument is a sound indian instrument called “mridang”, which is used instead of tabla in southern india. And that base kind of instrument is called tanpura or tambura. And what she was counting with her legs, if you notice, it was basically everytime the mridang player beats the left (hard side) of it, that’s also the bigger side of tabla if she had tabla player in the same setup.

That ‘flute like thing' is called the Shehnai/Shanai. Most notably, it's used in Wedding Ceremony in Bangladesh, West Bengal and probably other parts of the subcontinent. Interestingly, it's used to convey the 'separation'. The separation between bride and her family. You can check out a Bangla Wedding song called LILABALI from Coke Studio Bangla season 1. I think you would love that.

You people should also know that when you watch a video about indian classical music, and you are reacting on it, basically most of it is about we chanting to our hindu gods. So when you use f words or any other words which are related to abused or inappropriate in your Catholic Church, that same logic applies to us as well plus actually it matters more for us. So please try to not to use f words or abusive words or any kind of inappropriate words when you watch Indian classical music. You do whatever you want when you watch bollywood music. But if you do that while watching indian music, it’s like you are going to your church on sundays and while being in the church, you are using inappropriate words. So please try not to do that if possible. Also i know some Indians will come to tell you that no it doesn’t matter. But bro it matters. That’s why i’m not telling you, just asking you to understand the culture since you keep saying that we want to learn more about indian culture.
