My granny lived on Seminary/E.16th by the Rainbow Recreation Center off of E.14th (International) back in the late 90’s into the late 2000’s. We were bad ass kids running the streets in between Seminary and the Village all the way up to the 80s. We had hella family in between. It looks so much different now…we moved away in 2001, a lot has changed yet still the same. I definitely remember being able to eat a meal off a dollar or two back in the day! 😂
