We are currently looking to buy/install a stair lift in our home (US). A standard 13 stair straight lift runs anywhere between US$3-4k, so if those are functional I would expect you could sell them for >US$1k

FYI, the wardrobe cabinet wasn’t “built in”. It is the same as all the others. They just put it onto the corner and added the counter piece up against it.

Definitely try to sell any furniture or appliances you don't keep. The light fixtures in the rooms look less than 10 years old and in good shape. Some of the HOA requirements seem to be done for you in the previous use.

Why would you buy in a flood risk area. It is a very high risk you can lose a lot of money & flooding does not have to be that bad to do damage. Good Luck. Crown molding, stairs & fireplace are beautiful. Good Luck.
