You know what makes this performance amazing? Not only that they nailed it live but after the other people started singing loudly and sorta out of tune and ruined the song, they still didn't lose their rhythmic beat and still continually sang it perfectly.

cant agree more, its because on the video cover there was the use of autotune and layering etc. which achieved a better sound and allowed giani to sound like he could hit the high note whereas actually he canot and usually falls flat as it is just out of his range... its a shame they dont just transpose the song down a bit to make it sound better vocally really

Taylor (beard guy) looks very put off. Almost like he's avoiding some intrusive bad breath halitosis invasion... This show didn't help but exposure is exposure. I am 53 years old fan and I love this group. They have this electric connection between them all which cannot be denied.

I think you all should take that performance not too serious. Performing on a show like that just makes you expect such things to happen. I mean just look at the beginning where Joko tries to impress (read: annoy) WOTE backstage. WOTE is a group of people which takes themselves not to serious and they are always good for some jokes. Just look at the other videos here on KZbin. They always try to make a good show and like to entertain their audience besides making good music.

oh mein gott, was spielen sich hier manche so auf. es war einfach nur spaß und es ist nicht so, dass diese band aus GÖTTERN besteht. Die live performance war schon 2 qualitätsklassen tiefer, als das überproduzierte originalvideo. Der sänger im chorus hat es schon MÄCHTIG schwer die höhen zu treffen, obwohl der song schon nen ton tiefer gespielt wird. Gotye schafft sein lied live sehr gut, in der originaltonart.
