Walk on the wild side \\ ZCAM E2 \\ ProRes Raw \\ Atomos Ninja V

We were lucky enough to get our hands on some early beta software for the ZCAM E2 and do some testing. I must say, I am very impressed with ProresRaw and the ZCAM E2. Congratulations to Atomos and ZCAM on their amazing partnership and continued collaboration. Also, a huge congrats to the folks at Adobe for their wonderful NLE. A followup review will be coming soon!

Really nice showcase of 12 bit potential with the colours in that sky! So did you use the beta of Premiere for this? I watched another video about ProRes RAW which claims there is no ISO or WB control yet. Is that true? How does it stack up against BRAW?

Thanks so much for that great work. Would be interested to know if this now replaces your FS5? Do you think this and the new M version makes a case for staying away from the F6. Any thoughts on how they compare? Is fidelity an issue for you or would higher frame rates trump a bigger sensor for you if its a straight choice? Do you prefer working in 4K as a better place to be for files, frame rates and workflow or are you now looking at 6K as a logical evolution? Is it about what the camera can capture and maxing that out?? (BTW Sorry there do seem to be a lot of questions here). Seems hard to beat the set up with the metabones. It's odd how Raw keeps breathing new life in to cameras that seemed to have had their moment and been superseded by their bigger siblings. Do you think that there is a quality cap from the MFT sensor? Not sure if you can but did you shoot an internal 422 to compare? How do they stack up against each other? More detail, depth, less processed, colour? Would love to know your thoughts. Thanks so much for the great work. Oh BTW Do you know if Atomos have a file download of the original file?? No, only Final Cut, and Premiere Pro Beta( suppose to ship in next up date). I think Avivd may support but don't quote me on that.
