Thanks for taking us along on such a beautiful walk. Quaint little village. The church was gorgeous.👍👍😊

The church was beautiful although it was having some repairs so builders had closed some of it. The gardens were still pretty in October which is a real credit to the village 😄 Trev

Glad you didn't let it rain on your parade. Turned out to be a nice day at Ashridge Farm. We have found that the smaller campgrounds are some of our favorites. And random bagpipes in the background, loved it :) That was a pretty spring too. I love seeing the villages, architecture, and countryside. Hope life is treating you both well. Take care. That looks a lovely site...enjoyed your walk down to the stream with the stepping stones. Can’t wait till we have the freedom to travel again! We’re missing being away and having “Katie” in storage were not even able to just go and sit in her 😞😞 Fingers crossed we all get to get another trip in before 2021 !! Take care both... Nice little site there Trev & Sue. Liking the older buildings in the village and the church looked interesting. Nice a relaxing trip, Take care, Martin

Thanks Martin, It’s a really quiet little site with a 10 minute walk to the village. The church was having work done so couldn’t see it all and two of the three pubs were closed. However, we heard the Three Tuns is very nice and is doing really good food currently 😉👍🏻🚐 Trev

Yes, huge storage area on good ground too. Very pretty village and area. It would have been lovely to have a summer picnic under the trees near those springs. 😀 Trev

The facility looks very well kept. Fall camping can be so much fun w/o the heat. Does mean we have to endure the rain at times. I like the stress free zone sign and the fun water crossing. Enjoy!

Excellent vlog Trev & Sue, brought back happy memories of our 10 night stay at Ashridge Farm during the September heatwave. Such a beautiful site & the gorgeous quaint village. We took refuge in the shade of pretty Ashwell springs & ate our lunch in the cool many times. Not too far from us in Rayleigh Essex we have been many times & cannot wait to get back to this little gem. Your vlogs are marvellous we always enjoy touring with you when we are sitting at home lol

Man, everytime I watch your videos I get super jealous of your lush RV! We are currently freezing our little bums off in South Australia living in a little canvas camper trailer. This spot in Hertfordshire looks absolutely incredible too! So much beautiful, lus greenery! We don't get a lot of that here in Australia! Great video guys! - Han.

Hi trev & sue Great video's this month just catched up with them. Sorry I haven't replied lately had a bad month our motorhome as been bumped by a run away caravan in for repair at the moment. Mom passed away a week ago. Just starting to get back on track. Keep safe look forward to your other video's 👍👍👍👍

Oh Julie I am so sorry. Losing my mother was devastating for me, so you have my sincere condolences. Your motorhome damage sounds both shocking and disappointing but surely must have been a freak accident. Both Sue and I send positive thoughts your way and we thank you for your continued support 💕

Definitely worth going back to. Having the car was important as it’s fairly rural there and after a couple of nights you will need to spread your wings a bit 🙂 Trev

Another great video, I live just down the road from here near Royston, I want to go to this site for the weekend as it would only take me about 15 mins to get there. It was nice to see the springs again, I haven’t been there for many years. Will say i dont miss driving along the high street though, too many cars now !

We like camping locally. It’s so interesting to see what you don’t realise is right on your doorstep, so to speak. It’s a lovely little site for two or three nights and there’s good links to all locations around the area. 😄👍🏻🚐 Trev

Looks like a lovely campground. Man I hate when it rains during a camping trip! Love the little walk into the treed area. Another quaint little village. Love the church and it's bells. Even the inside of that church is amazing. The architecture is just so beautiful. I saw ponies. May have to start a thing with your videos "can you spot the ponies?" lol. The ornate swirl design on that pink-ish colored building was cool. Was probably considered extra elaborate back in the day. Great video, as always!

The church was having work done to repair one side. I couldn’t therefore film very much but the church clock bells could be heard for miles 😃 Trev

Lovely place , spent quite a bit of time there when we lived in Yorkshire and stored our vehicle there as it was close to our daughter , including spending a great new year a couple of years ago. Nice to reminisce, as we now live on Norfolk we drive the car to see the grandkids and store the van locally. Did you check out the house prices in the estate agents window. ? Great video thanks.
@PoshcatsCamping4 жыл бұрын
We really liked it there. Yes the house prices were high but we have some villages in Suffolk just the same with the London affect. Don’t know how folks afford it 😦 Trev

Another great video Trev and Sue. I like the look of your rearview mirror/reversing camera - can I ask what make it is and are you pleased with it?
@PoshcatsCamping4 жыл бұрын
The rear view and reverse camera were fitted as standard on the motorhome so I am not sure of the make. It’s never let us down but I do clean the camera lens before most journeys. I certainly wouldn’t want to be without it with an 8 metre van 😃🚐👍🏻 Trev
@Jambo51794 жыл бұрын
@@PoshcatsCamping Thanks Trev. Agree - we have a reversing camera which links to the stereo unit and the camera does need regular cleaning. It's only a 5" screen and we have no rearview mirror, hence my interest in upgrading to a combined unit. Thanks for the info.

Crikey, that's an awful lot of screens to be looking at. Any more and you won't be able to see out of the windscreen. 👀
@PoshcatsCamping4 жыл бұрын
Haha yes there is no more room. I don’t actually look at the screens much while driving. The Caravan Club Sat Nav is the only one that speaks and I follow that whilst Sue my co-pilot keeps a check on the Google maps on the iPad to check the route ahead. The rear view camera is really handy for spotting the overtaking vehicles. 😃 Thanks for watching 👍🏻🚐 Trev
