Hey bro, saw your comment about recommending good books. Can't hurt me by david goggins- a really good read to help boost yourself up and energise without the need for fast social media. The book is about the struggles of a man who used to spray cockroaches for a living and goes on a journey to become a navy seal. A really great read, with childhood stories too.

I've been in a low place lately thinking of all the wrong choices I've made and comparing where I'm at to others my age. I had to take notes because what you said has resonated with me so deeply. *It is the effort and progression into yourself that will make you feel good - not the aquistition of your desires * I hardly take care of myself and can now see that I've expected the world to reflect something back to me that I don't do for myself. Thank you 10x over. You are so wise and appreciated. God bless you.

How can I meditate do u have steps for me?
@ilysunnie3 ай бұрын
@@dxriikuni9091 i have yet to actually try it, but majority of my friends meditate, & when i ask them they say this: you find a relaxing, quiet place where you can close your eyes & focus on your breath control. it’s all about your focus & your breathing. you shouldn’t let your mind wander to anything other than your breath control. when it does wander, just refocus on your breathing, bring your mind back while breathing, think of positive affirmations, positive thoughts, anything positive to yourself & perhaps if you’d like, to others. you do this but quietly repeating affirmations through whispers or simply through your mind you can help these affirmations by having a picture of anything you desire in your mind relax your body, don’t be tense. in order to meditate, you have to be relaxed. meditation is focused on breathing, but also muscle relaxation. you don’t have to sit either, you can walk & meditate too! same steps, except your eyes are open, find a quiet place like nature & take a few minutes & repeat everything i said, but with your eyes open!

I started “actively” enjoying each period of my life. The reason I say actively is because there’s always joy in every period in our lives, but it’s up to us whether we put all of our attention to the things that bring us joys or to things not being in our favor!

These videos are perfectly timed. I chased an outcome and now I’m realizing that now that I got to my goal idk what else to do. I was misled and my goal is actually worse than what the path was. So I set a new goal and now I’m taking it one step at a time.

I accidentally layer one of your video with a song in an other youtube page, Melancholia by William Basinski. and something clicked in me. it's like finally realizing that we are only here briefly and so we have to honore this chance by living our live the way we want to and find the right balance between: working hard, reaching our full potential and be focus on our goals. but also enjoying the path, the simple things and doing what we love. small or big. feeling the wind on our face at night in summer looking at the moon. recently I receive a lot of signs from something or somebody, the univers maybe and I don't think it's just a coincidence. I think there's so much more that we still don't know. I will not develop because even me don’t understand all and don't want to say tm bullshits but I feel it inside me. the most important thing I think as you say, is just to do/live/be here in the present and not get lost into the old or future version of you. "be fully yourself and focus on improving and enjoying your present ". thank you for everything, for your words, for your perception of the world that helps us to grow. I always listen your videos in the morning while doing my sport or preparing my meals for the day. It’s like meditation, very pure and peaceful, one take, 15mn, no distractions, just words and wisdom. we will probably never meet each other in this life, but we are connected by life. and im grateful. take care brother and have a wonderful day everyone reading this, from france

I actually get it! There's a chance you probably didn't mean it in the way I just interpreted but holy fuck, it makes sense. I've dumbed it down to an internal need to assert who I am as a person. Build some self-confidence. I'm convinced I don't have any right to anything. An opinion, desires, and preferences. In some sick sense, I'm convinced that it's somehow right to deprive myself of everything that makes me me. I'm ashamed of my own expression the most because of those fucking what ifs. My shame inevitably corrupts any and everything I want to do. What if it's stupid? What if...? What if...?
