At the apex of the saltwater flyfishing craze, in the early to late 90s, these two guys fueled my dreams of hooking a tarpon on the fly rod, which blessedly and eventually came to be a reality. It always appeared they would be fun dudes to spend some time with while staked out on the flats.

for some reason i started binge watching Jose and the Flipper fishing together today . I met Jose at a Orlando Florida fishing expo/ show around 2003 . my girlfriend was in love with him . he was the nicest guy , and talked to us after he gave his seminar . i am disappointed we never got to fish together
