I think walking a pace that you enjoy is the most important part! If I enjoy the activity, then it is super easy to stay consistent. Thank you for the video Kayla.

Will you do a video on what you eat? Maybe a glimpse into your food over the course of a week.

Very good ! You have to be realistic when you exercise. I have arthritis and I’m limited to what I can do . I do OMAD and walk 30 a day and 30 min on my foot pedal bike everyday . This is what I can manage and not injure myself . My eating window is normally from 4pm - 5 pm . Feel about 100% better since March since I started this year . Enjoy your videos.

"the harder I work out, the more my appetite increases". YES!! This is so true for me as well! I have to double down on the protein during my OMAD when I've had a harder work out because I know for sure I will be suffering (and probably breaking fast) before bed time.

Thanks for addressing the question of is it 6 miles a day that got you to loose weight or intermittent fasting!

Glad you found it helpful! Consistency comes with time and practice. And maybe a good dose of stubbornness.

Good information but can you please remove that catholic cross in the background God is using the devil to smite me with in relation to your videos. Thanks
