You're welcome! Glad you like it. It all starts with the major and minor scales and learning the triads. But real quick, let's just look at the difference between a major triad and a minor triad. A major triad has a major third and a minor triad has a minor third. Okay... so what's a major third and what's a minor third? A major third would be moving up 4 frets (same as 2 whole steps) So if we start on C, a major third above C would be E. Now let's take minor... a minor third would be moving up 3 frets ( a whole step and a half step) So again, if we start on C a minor third above C would be E flat. Make sense? The C major triad would be CEG. The C minor triad would be C Eflat G.

Thank you. I started to record the video with the Hofner and I had that deep growl, but when played back on the laptop and phone speakers it couldn't be heard. So, I used the Schecter with more treble.
