walking in the SHROPSHIRE hills / 12 mile hike in RAIN and wind / beginners HIKE in Shropshire
In this video you'll find me walking in the Shropshire hills completing a 12 mile hike in the rain and wind, which would make a great beginners hike, as we make our way for a day camp in the woods. If you know me, hiking in the rain in the Shropshire hills is really the norm. Never really had a day camp in the Shropshire hills, but due to covid-19 lockdown, it happened.
This 12 mile hike in the Shropshire hills was a great hike to start off with, in preparation for a long distance trail next year. Battling the elements of the wind and rain came with a price, my boots leaked.
If anyone is interested in this stunning route, let me know. As you hike for the full 12 miles, the views of the surrounding Shropshire hills is amazing. Unfortunately, in this video, mother nature made it almost impossible.
