I don't think it is possible to do that. Gps bassed tracking is not very acurate, like a few meters not acurate, which is good for... Well, GPS navegation, but for VR I think is kinda useless

go to file > build settings > Player settings > XR settings then click on Virtual Reality Supported, click on the plus sign and select your vr platform, if you are only using it for the basics select cardboard (Google Cardboard)
