A close friend went to an Expo in germany and I had requested a favor that if in case he should run into Dorian Yates that he should tell him about me and the shit I was going through with my injuries. He instead sent a video recording a message from Yates telling me to Get my shit together and be patient and that Injuries are a part of all this. I'm back to training since last week and everyday I watch that video recording before I hit the gym.
