This video makes me sad. I live in Switzerland. A country on the other side of the atlantic. But I grew up here as a kid, since my parents worked as a exchane program here for a few years. My first childhood memorys are from here. Seven Eleven, Bay Terrace, Throgs Neck Bridge.

My brother sent me this link. I grew up in Bayside in the 50's and 60's in a house that you passed on 33rd Avenue. It was great to see so many places that I remember from my youth and to see all of the changes. It was a wonderful place to grow up. Thanks for sharing.

QUEENS is like a different world I swear that's what's so cool about it because there the biggest borough and have so much land space to build i.e. the two NYC Airports instead of building up they built just suburban style homes Even in the bad parts of Queens like Hollis and South Side Jamaica Queens it looks very suburban so one has to be careful compared to the Bronx and Manhattan that looks very run down lol Brooklyn is mix match too there's areas of Brooklyn you would think you're chillin in Maine some where.

I think Bayside is almost to Long Island? On my train rides from Manhattan to Great Neck it was among the last stops before LI. This is much prettier than Kew Gardens Hills where your last video I saw was. A friend used to live in Bayside and I had to take the LIRR to get there. He has lived in Astoria now for many years. Car country with the sidewalk missing. Not very walker friendly.

Damn I looked up this neighborhood on Zillow, and those are million dollar homes. Not surprising but still incredible.

I grew up in this neighborhood and my parents bought the home for 150,000 back in 1985. They retired and moved to Georgia recently and sold it for 2.5 million.

I like how you said "election advertisement" instead of reading what it says up there. The woman in the park appears to be doing a birthday party... but the sign was in Korean so I can't be sure. 41:18 another diner closed, but this one probably wasn't doing well before the pandemic, but I liked the décor at the market next to it.

That used to be the Jacksonhole diner. It was okay. They gave a lot of food and decent burgers.

I am considering an Osmo Pocket based on your Journeys Actionkid - Possibly the Mk2 which is due this month if it is any improvement on the original. Do you record audio externally than reapply to the footage using the H1n or is this direct from the Osmo/Osmo with Rhode mic ?
@ActionKid4 жыл бұрын
I record the audio externally and then apply it to the video. Whether or not I use the Rode microphone depends on the clothes I wear.
