38:57 If you would've kept walking straight forward instead of taking a left you would've seen the skate park. It has tons of skaters, amazing art and graffiti. Sometimes they have pop up vendors that sell vintage 90s clothes and stuff..

Hartford has its charm. I recommend visiting when there is a festival like the puerto rican festival 8/21/22 or the west indian day parade 8/13/22
