Thank you for your walk. I am from Chile South America. In 1962 I came to Philadelphia with my parents, I was 5 years old. My dad was studing his speciality in Endondontics in Pen University and we lived in 4303 Locust Street. Was wonderful to see how is today.

PA is entirely different to NYC and so are the people. Thank you.

As always, you do a very good job of showing the city. I've enjoyed your walks through New York City and now you are doing Philidelphia in my home state of PA. I remember trying to walk from a bus station that was in the Middle of the city. In January and very cold. I gave up and went back to the bus station.

Thanks, you need to revisit again before the weather gets too cold!

I am a Philadelphian, born and raised. I love Philly and always will. We have a lot of history and diversity. Yeah, we've got some rough places like most other large urban cities..but still. NYC is cool but Philly is cooler. 😎

What areas should you avoid in Philly?

I’m not too familiar with Philly. You have to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you travel.

Mostly North Philly. Also parts of West Philly. Actually, after he crosses the bridge from the Art Museum, he's about five blocks away from Lancaster Avenue. Penn and Drexel students have gentrified most of the area, but there is a area a few blocks over known as the 'bottom'! A lot of craziness happens there daily. As he said, it can go down anywhere. Just be vigilant.
