We call these flowers..with the cyclaam colour on the wall of the houses... BOUGAINVILLE!!! It only grows in warm weather... beautifull flowers!!!!! In different colours, but the cyclaam (deep pink) gives these flowers more beauty and serenity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Great question, the birds were really vocal on the day we visited. It was early morning in late spring and the flowers and insects were abundant, there is a beautiful birdsong in the village. Our recording equipment is very high quality and picks up the ambient sounds of the village which includes the beautiful birdsong too. Hi 👋🏻 the birdsong is wonderful, it’s something we love about visiting the quiet villages and because we are quiet while we walk around, we disturb them less. We found that in dry days with lots of sunshine they would chatter more, perhaps because there are so many insects to get excited about eating. We often hear blackbirds, chaffinches and many other small birds. We are so happy you are enjoying our visits to gorgeous villages. Have a great day.

Strange the woman who clearly was camera shy (3:45). It was respectful of you to blur her face but really - walking round the most beautiful village in France on a summer's day may well get you filmed by lots of people. I suspect she may be a criminal facing arrest at any moment 😂

Hi 👋🏻 thanks for your great comment. Sometimes we are approached nicely and people will ask to not be in the video- perhaps they have had a bad life history and don’t want to be found. So we’ll blur or even edit out that section. We find the very occasionally (once or twice) shouty people, appear to have more to hide 🫣 but make so much noise about it. 🤣 We are always respectful if we get a vibe from someone and try to avoid filming children closely where possible, sometimes we can’t avoid this, but we try. Cats are always a must, we love cats 🐈🥰 thanks for watching, have a great day 😊
