Great video as always Tom. I personally prefer the classic limestone look, of the classic art deco era. One thing I like about Steinway Tower is that they incorporated a beautiful classic art deco cladding along with more modern glass that I think looks timeless. I also love the Brooklyn Tower's gothic look, to me that's classic NY.

One57 is the one I like. It's beauty stands out and I actually toured several units there and toured central Park south and west. I covet one of the empty units (32D). I'm surprise it's still available. Nice content by the way.
