I also use a Ford Figo Aspire 1.5 TDCI 2015 model. I was blown out in the first testdrive, had shortlisted ciaz and honda jazz, (before that used a indica & indigo), people around me discouraged to buy a Ford with the same reason as mentioned in the video ..but this ford engine feels very smooth n peppy no stress whatsoever in any gears, i always used to find reason to take it for a drive.

I am a owner of a Freestyle here in Brazil. Model 2019. It's motor is a 1.5 liters, 3 cylinders and 136 cv. It is flex fuel, alcohol/gasoline and manual transmission. I don't like automatic car. It is an excelent car. I love❤ it!!!

music system is the best in this segment car bro. as a ford user i have experienced that. u have to change the sound settings in that system that is the equalizer and this is titanium model there is titanium plus model where you can find the screen even more better. the bass and treble and the midrange can be adjusted equally you can feel that good when u adjust it

I own the same model petrol car. The engine is damn good comparing rivals. Suspension is a bit hard, otherwise, comfort is great on good roads. Boot space is enough 257L Music system is good, you can tune it with the built-in equalizer to the taste. This is a great package.

Figo and aspire flopped but people noticed the freestyle and it was actually selling decently until Ford decided to delete many features after BS6. Imagine a 10 lac~ rs car without Android auto and Carplay in 2020. That ended the Freestyle. A shame because it was a really value for money package before BS6.

Don't forget the ultimate 1.6 diesel Polo. That will destroy almost anything in its segment. I have driven both diesel Figo and the polo. Polo 1.6 is mental in terms of torque. But that variant is very rare and maintenance cost of that one if something major goes wrong is insane.... Not that it's a big suspense 😂

1.6 diesel is very exciting to drive because of the turbo lag and the subsequent sudden pull. Reminds me of the Jetta 2.0 TDI. The later 1.5 TDI Polos lost a lot of that lag and acceleration became comparatively linear so the push isn't as pronounced. That said, I fully believe the Polo 1.6 GT will not catch the Figo until after 100. After 100-110 the DOHC nature of the Polo and the resulting top end will help it to catch the Figo. Sad that the Indian market will never get cars like the Figo 1.5 and Polo GT 1.6 again.
