Sometimes these people take horoscopes seriously and follow them. He didnt predict. His prediction convinced her she should leave her job.

So he charges people money for his ability to predict the stock market? Isn't that like selling your gold-making wand in exchange for gold?

So Tim sold on the breakout of the low thinking it would go lower due to "stops" getting hit? Classic day trader believing the the major money in the market is thinking like a small speculator. The imaginary scenario that countless people believe is real. Other than that, he seems like a fun guy.
@drek2732 жыл бұрын
so whats actally happening? i want to learn
@michaelpatton95732 жыл бұрын
@@drek273 No one knows what's happening unless they have information about where positions are being held, orders are pending, etc. Tim was trading based upon his perception of chart patterns, not access to an order book.
@drek2732 жыл бұрын
@@michaelpatton9573 sheesh. I'll stick to value investing for now. Although i want to trade this wy eventually when i start a fund
@michaelpatton95732 жыл бұрын
@@drek273 Nothing bad about investing. Profits are profits. Just an FYI I day trade quite often, but the approach Tim was talking about in that video wasn't going to attract any serious investment managers. They saw right through it. Tim did well in the early days. He also was primarily a short-seller during a 3 year period where the market was mostly bearish. Lots of people made money during the tech bubble only to lose it all at the end. Same with the pandemic rally. Ultimately, they found themselves on a long straight but didn't know what to do when they got to the end of it.

can someone tell me if penny stocks are a scam?
@MrRaja10 жыл бұрын
You have to do your research. Penny Stocks are a high aim for scammers. You have to know what they do and if they are even REAL... Boiler Room is a Movie about it. They sell STOCKS for a COMPANY with a Room that only has 1 Telephone connection. That is literally a company... you have to talk on Stocksmarket forums about few stocks if anyone knows if they are real and if someone is investing in them.. stuff like that!
@NightzRoadx10 жыл бұрын
90% of penny stocks are a scam, check out beatthestockpromoter.com, i bought that guys e-book. i was skeptical at first but honestly it was the most helpful out of everything. i even torrented tim sykes videos. tim sykes doesnt trade with indicators or real analysis
