I came back to this video to let you know I went to Walmart after watching this video looking for gift sets. I found a 3 pack of kershaw knives, pretty nice for $25, but I bought my son a $5 ozark fixed blade is really good, I hope your able to find these for a review, I was impressed with my trip.

My local Walmart pretty much has everything locked up behind glass. You have to push a button for service, and then you wait, and wait, and wait. Finally an 'associate' shows up and they are in a 💩 mood because you dare want to see something that is locked up. Not to mention my local Walmart does not even come close to having a knife selection like this.

The multi-tool on the 1st Ozark Trail set you showed, if you look at the outer shape of it, it is the shape of a Christmas bell. In some of last years sets, the multi-tools are in the shape of reindeer, a sleigh, and the bell. Thanks for sharing these purchases with us!

I've picked up a few of these over the years. Most times I wait until after Christmas and snag them on clearance. Last year I got a Buck and Kershaw set for under $10 each. I do miss the SOG Fasthawk sets they used to carry. I got them every year until they stopped carrying them.

The Walmart's near where we live stopped carrying the Ozark Trail holiday knives a few years ago, so all I will get to do is see what other people find! Last year they did not even have any of the Buck sets. I have a feeling that some of the stores had the knives but never displayed them. Most Walmart's we go to are sloppy, messy, and have product laying around in the wrong place and not priced. Trying to get help in them is like pulling teeth. It took me over an hour in one store to get somebody to open up the knife case that had three knives displayed. The person assisting me was pulling knives out of from a drawer under the case that they did not have on display. I ended up just giving up and going home. They also did not have most of them available online. I have managed to get a few of the Civivi knives and like them, but I like collecting the seven-dollar ones they used to have, and I am afraid they will carry just a few of the ones they have year-round. I did also manage to get several of the orange handled Ozark Trail models with the axis type lock and they are great for the price!

I picked up the civivi knife. I already own other civivi's, and I'm a fan of the brand. Walmart seems to have stepped up the knife sets this year.

1:56 - I noticed this swiss tech set at my local walmart yesterday. Somebody had opened the box so I checked out the little folding knife. I have to say I was REALLY disappointed with the knife. They wanted $25 for it. I would say its worth about $10... Funny though I dont see anybody else talking about that knife set.

That's crazy, the Walmarts around me do not carry Civivi knives. They only have Ozark Trail, Buck, and CRKT. Oh and Kershaw. Those are great deals though.

My local store has all multi sets and name brands in locked glass cases. Only floor displays have single unit fixed/folder models of Ozark brand. No sporting goods sales associate in sight.

I think there is a consistency issue with that swiss tech knife. The one I tried failed to completely open EVERY time I tried to open it. Felt REALLY cheap to me.

Most of the knives over $10 are locked up in the case at all the Walmarts here in town. Only the cheapy knives are unlocked.
