in my area fat free cream cheese has been discontinued - easiest cheese recipe is making fat free Greek yogurt cheese - good for spreads and cheesecakes at fractions of the calories. Not sure how to calculate the macros but I just use fat free Greek yogurt macros cause its the only ingredient. chef john from Food wishes has an excellent tutorial on how to make your own cream cheese - highly recommended! TL;DR - put fat free Greek yogurt in cheese cloth for 1-2 days allowing whey to strain off from it. becomes substantially thicker and much closer to cream cheese - also strain time can be minimized or whey liquid can be reincorporated to make your own low fat sour cream. Please hit me up if you have any questions or anything I would love to give back to this community for all its done for me!

@@WhiteAndPinkMakeBlue Hey man! I have heard of this technique, but I would feel as though it would still taste like greek yogurt and not like cream cheese. Since I am guessing you have done this before please let me know what you think of the taste after it has been strained a day or two. Preferably I would like to make a scratch cream cheese that taste pretty much identical to store bought fat free (if not better because it is homemade and I also want to make fat free mozz cheese for all of those people that dont have access in certain parts of the US and across the world. Thank you for all of the feedback.

@Exercise4CheatMeals The taste changes pretty drastically, in my opinion. I found it was actually better for the purpose I was using at the time. I was going for Healthy bagel sandwiches(similar to the kind you see in new York style deli's) The Greek yogurt cheese as a base yes will taste somewhat similar to Greek yogurt, but much more like cream cheese. I personally was still able to taste the Greek yogurt very slightly, however I found that if you combine flavorings, and allow it to be more of a vessel for your flavorings. You get a very amazing product. Overall my healthy anabolic bagel sandwich comes out 312 calories with 19.6 g protein! its an excellent easy breakfast and very meal prep friendly. Some places will give you shorter strain times, I tend to be a bit of a stickler -1.5-2 days is usually best. Anything less and I got sour cream. However you can't really mess it up cause if you go to dry with it. You can simply reincorporate the liquid in slowly and course correct a bit. Its incredibly good of you to want to help out the world like that Its very noble of you. My Discord username is DarkHarbinger#3174 please give me a shout on there some time I would love to chop it up with you and give you some easy recipes for the channel to try to help in my own way.

ive tried that exact brand and packaging of kelp noodles. the key is to make sure you hydrate them right; take baking soda, lime or lemon juice in a bowl, throw the noodles in there, give it a nice thorough lather and massage. they should become all slippery and hydrated. afterwards rinse them in a colander under water. then all u gotta do is fry them up with w/e u make. Pad thai was my usage.

I’ve decided to do a mini cut too 🤙🏽 looking to go from 192 to 175 in the next 2 months, dropping calories to 1600. Plan is to do a refeed after hitting 180 and then continuing the cut

Cook your energy drink in a pan on the stovetop until it’s just the flavored syrup without the water content and add it to your ice cream. Works with any soda also. Diet Dr Pepper ice cream milkshake is just as good as the one at Whataburger but with a fraction of the cals when you make it with total life fatfree milk and 1% mixed. Or just get the diet syrup from sodastream. Oh and Torani sugarfree syrup for coffee at Walmart is good. The Caramel one makes good ice cream flavor with some ground coffee and chocolate sugarfree syrup added. It’s like mocha caramel frappachino.

I just got back from deployment and noticed that many of the keto and low carb bread type products are super expensive now. They basically doubled in price and I just have to say no. 🤣 I used to love using the Lavish breads to eat a "pizza" every day and instead your pizza recipe is going to be my staple. Like, a Friday night thing to do.

I love Sriracha too I wish they had a version without sugar. Also looked up the macros for that cheese sauce. Its the same as Classico 4 cheese Alfredo same calories lower carb. It won't separate if you only want to use a bit. Add orange coloring or taco spice to it 🤷😂

Fairlife milk is just milk that is watered down with added protein powder. Make your own! That’s how you can make it cheaper yourself!
@Exercise4CheatMeals Жыл бұрын
Thats not true... but you can just buy regular milk if youd like!
@lauriesheppard3394 Жыл бұрын
@@Exercise4CheatMeals hi. A physician told me that. Lol. So, I believed it. What do you think is the difference?
@Exercise4CheatMeals Жыл бұрын
@@lauriesheppard3394 It is literally the filtration process. It is filtered so that there is more protein and less carbs. They don't add protein powder to it and to this day it blows my mind when physicians spread misinformation lol.
