Fiesta Lime Street Corn Bowls
-Instant Jasmine Rice
-Cauliflower Rice
-Fire Roasted Corn
-Chicken Tenderloins
-Mojito Lime Seasoning (or the Kinders I used)
-Paprika
-Avocado Lime Ranch
-Prepare rice and corn according to package directions.
-Season chicken and cook in air fryer on 400 for 5 minutes on each side.
-Prepare your bowl + drizzle avocado lime ranch.
Cheesy Beef Taquitos
1 lb lean ground beef
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
4 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup salsa
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
8 tortillas, Corn or Flour Tortillas
-Preheat the oven to 375°F. (Or preheat air fryer to 350°F.)
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground meat, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease (if desired). Add the taco seasoning, and stir to combine.
-Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa, stirring until melted and hot. Stir in the cheese and remove from the stove.
If your tortillas are too stiff to work with, heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds to soften.
-Place two heaping tablespoons of filling on one side of a tortilla, and then wrap it into a tight roll. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on a baking sheet. Repeat until all the filling and tortillas have been used.
-OVEN: Bake until the tortillas are crispy, about 15 minutes.
-AIR FRYER: Place taquitos in air fryer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until tortillas are crispy.

I try to pray every morning and every night. I almost feel if i don't then I feel guilty, or that if i dont something bad might happen.... that's just me though. As for meal prep, I have one that i really like. Its ground turkey cooked with chipotle seasoning, brown rice, black beans, avocado and your choice of salsa. Its delicious 😋

Kroger is my favorite place for groceries, simply because of the sales and fuel points! Pro tip - try to do pickup orders (if you do pickup through the app) on weekends bc you get double points. They add up quickly, and the last time I filled up on gas I got $1.70 off per gallon. 🤯 I even like the Kroger brand diapers and wipes. They are cheap but good quality!

I don’t think sizing up is necessary! ESPECIALLY if you order a sweater. I feel like their sweatshirts run a bit big. But the tshirts are perfect!
