Thank you Troy. I was gifted this saw yesterday with no battery. I did not know it was a Walmart item. I went ahead and purchased a HT drill with a 20v battery and charger. Hopefully it will work for this saw. I figured it was cheaper this way rather than buy a battery and a charger. I'm bummed I don't have the strap. But it was a freebie. I'll be taking it on my fatwood hunts. Get it nice and sticky with pine pitch lol. Thanks again and have a great week.

Yeah I check the chain often because it does become loose too easily..

Cool knife! Have you tried any of the Hart tools at walmart? I got the drill when we were fixing the house and it seems really nice. I'll probably get a few more of the tools that use the same battery.

No, but I’ve heard good things about the Hart tools. If I would have had time I probably would have ordered a DeWalt saw but I was happy with how the HT performed.

We just bought one 2 weeks ago. After using it a few times it starting to trip out after a minute or 2. Anyone have any guesses why?
