This logo actually stopped on December 12th 2006 after The Fox and the Hound 2. But on Television it was still used until September 28th 2007 as Walt Disney Television, and until November 6th 2016 as Walt Disney Television Animation

That was the 1995 Pixar version of that logo, the last release to use the 1985 logo is The Fox and The Hound 2 and the last release use the 1995 Pixar version logo was Ratatouille as you just mentioned
