Not a big jazz aficionado by any means, but I do have the Bill Evans - California Here I Come album, which was recorded at the Village Vanguard (located a block away from my elementary school and half a mile from where I lived) a week or so before I was born. I believe he also recorded Waltz for Debby at the Vanguard years earlier. So, somehow, his music resonates with my DNA. That's my semi-interesting tale of the day. Be safe, be well! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

My goodness Sangah, there is no style of music or song that you can’t play and do so in an amazing fashion. I was never a big jazz fan (or Beatles fan for that matter), but you’ve certainly won me over on the jazz front. Your playing is so complex yet so free flowing and original that I love listening to you play jazz. That’s the true mark of an extraordinary musician - the ability to make every song fun and exciting to listen to, no matter the style, syncopation, or rhythm. You knocked it out of the park.
