I couldn't help but notice what this has made me experience. I feel intensified anxiety, like if I do too much at once, I won't be able to breathe. However, halfway in, I was almost used to the hum-buzz and the occasional knocking. But then I remembered where I "was" and the anxiety came back full force. I had to concentrate on breathing so I wouldn't suffocate, then I calmed down again. If an hour in the Backrooms does this to me, I don't think I could last an eternity.

It's kinda like a purgatory. If you no-clip out of reality, you'll end up here. Almost nothing is right in the Backrooms. Halls change in front of your eyes, some times you'll find elevator shafts that are infinite, and if you smash a wall you'll be... well.... not dead, but glitched. There are levels to the Backrooms just like layers to an onion. There's 12 main levels. That's all I'll say for now.

To my knowledge- The backrooms is a creepy story/concept, where you roam in the backrooms with terrifying nightmare beings. You get to the backrooms by no clipping out of reality, like a glitch in a video game. Think of it as you falling through a wall and you end up here. I hope this is a good explanation!
