Thank you both, this was an extremely helpful video for me! I'm currently working on velocity banking after watching Christy's videos and when I'm in a better position, I then want to look at a policy for my grandson to do exactly what Chris was talking about with his daughter. I want to teach him how to be responsible and to be his own banker to fund his first car and his education, investments, etc. This is truly eye opening and life changing! I can't thank you both enough for all your videos, it's truly a blessing! 🥰

apparently the class group for this is high as most on a budget have to pay their monthly bills first and don't have the extra funds if you want to use those multipliers . Using a 90K example for a daughter shows the disconnect for a real world example for normal people to apply it

Well he talks about saving and being in the position to open a whole life policy. So thats why velocity banking is so good because you get out of debt so that you can begin to save money.

It probably depends upon PRIORITIES. $5000 a year is spent on many frivolous things...so which takes priority... the daugher's future, or driving a new car every 5 years, smoking, etc..

It’s great that he’s planning for his child’s future, but this is also a good way to continue the entitlement issue that kids have nowadays. They don’t learn to work for what they have.

I definitely can agree with the disconnect. My policy on my son is $1,000 a year. Mainly to lock in his insurability. Common folks like us can absolutely use this strategy. Might just take use a little longer to capitalize.

"Normal people" spend over $100-200+ on buying alcohol; wines, liquor, even big pharma "medications" when there are natural remedies. Why is that a priority? why do people "need" to drink alcohol and buy drugs (masking as medications) ? I'd rather use that money to fund this whole life policy than spending on something that makes me sick. PRIORITIES. some people prioritise buying cigarettes than buying vegetables..some people prioritise going on holidays but not bothered to maintain their homes.

Are you absolutely required to put in the 10x your age if you could jump start the policy with a chunk of money, like a Simple IRA that isn't being contributed to anymore?

Can I get this whole life policy from any company or just specific companies?
@VanntasticFinances

@kimmorgano8778 I would go only with a company that KNOWS the R. Nelson Nash strategy. Due to MOST Whole Life Policies are written for the agent's commision and NOT for you to gain cash value.

I suggest one of the (4) Mass Mutual companies with proven performance. There are dozens of smaller companies claiming annual returns of 6+%, but don't have the proof. You want to know the Internal Rate of Return (IRR). And from what I've seen it can take 5-7 years or longer to reach an IRR of 4%+. Remember, the higher the premium (the more it benefits the agent) and the higher the Cash Value (the more it benefits you, the policy holder).
