Did this...just loaned myself $11k. Buying a boat, some gifts for my wife and taking care of a little bit of taxes. I'll pay the loan back using Velocity Banking. I also bought a 2007 Freightliner, to start a trucking business. Thank you Christy...my family's life has changed for the better, thanks to you!

I would like to know what your commission is for setting up the policy and how long would it take for me to take out money to pay off my CC debt , car loan, and part of my mortgage? Also would I need to put a lump sum into the policy to start or is it just the monthly?
@scoobydoo3322Ай бұрын
His commission will depend on how your policy is structured. And the structure depends on what you want to do with this policy. In your case, you want to pay off debt faster. I'm not giving you financial advice here, i am simply a user of this product (never been an agent nor will i ever be). Using a policy with numbers as an example : i use a 90/10 policy. That means if i pay 10k a year in premiums, 9000$ will go towards Paid-up additions and the other 1000$ goes towards what you call "base" premiums. And in this case, The agent would make a commission of roughly 55% off of the Base (1000$). So in these cases, the agent makes peanuts. But you as the policy holder can borrow up to 90% of your cash value in the first 30 days of opening the policy. For me, i started borrowing earlier than that. Now, if you only pay the premiums and have no money to put into the "cash value" part of the policy, youre gonna have to slowly build it up. Because if you put 2000$ and can borrow 90%, that's 1800$. You can start with this but it will take more time. Infinite banking is especially fantastic for someone with very good cashflow and even better if that person has a good sum to dump into the policy.

Question-he said in his exsmple the death benefit is 500,000. And said that if he would pay off his 5000 loan. Then he subtrscted it ftom the desah benefit. My quedtion is, can you take loans in the 1st yesr based on your death benefit you signed up for? Or is it bssed on the balance of what you deposited? So if ive deposited 2500.00 6 montgs in 1st year can i only take 2500 or can i take up to whatever my desth benefit is? Thanks
@FanaticalMom2 ай бұрын
You can only take a percentage of what you put in. So if you did a 90/10 whole term you would be able to borrow the $2500-$250. I believe that is how it works.

This one was awesome guys. I am glad you spoke a little bit about the cheapest policy for older adults. I am 57 would like to know if it better for me to get one on my 21 or 29 yrs old boys to get a better deal. Also what is the approximate cost of getting one of those properly designed Whole life insursnces? My max is about 10k per year. Is that even possible?
@holly52ful6 ай бұрын
You can do it with IUL’S!! The insurance company has a provision that allows one to borrow from their policy. If you don’t pay it back?, it they deduct it from the death benefit!! Also, all your gains are tax free!! There are many ways to put these policies together!! You can be the owner of the policy on your sons!! Away, it can be done!! The wealthy have been using life insurance for financial gain and tax free.

Question; I found this concept late into our mortgage. I’ve been paying extra principal payments for years & have brought our balance from 380K to 170K @ 3.625%. Our payment is $2550/ mo, escrow is $660 of that. This month we paid $550 in interest. Do you think it’s still worth it to do this when we’re so deep into our mortgage? Our income is 10k, expenses about $6000 which includes the mortgage & paying off the CC’s we use for our expenses. We have an untapped $125k HELOC available. @ 9%. We also have an agonizing $125K home repair that we’ve been dragging our feet to start. It’s like a slap in the face after working so hard to pay down the mortgage & feeling so close then to have this required repair. Ugg.🤦🏼♀️ Any advice would be super appreciated!! 🌷

@nathankohuth83646 ай бұрын
Where is the interest cost of the loan being factored in here? I understand that the cash value is growing based on the non-loaned amount but when I see the total loan amount, it’s not growing year to year nor are there extra premiums being paid annually. The net cash value is shown as the total cash value minus the loan, which is accurate, but nowhere on here do I see interest. $80k loan at 5% is $4,000/yr interest costs and it’s not clear where that’s factored in the spreadsheet. Thank you!

I’d need some numbers in front of me to see what they charge for the life insurance, I pay $56 a month for a million on term insurance. I’m 35. I bet they would over charge for the policy and then the benefits wash away because they collecting too much. Even $150 a month the. Your just buying a lending tool and your basically paying no difference than high interest loans. Either way. You can’t get something for nothing.
