Real Ramen isn't hard to do (Even though I tend to devour the instant ramen). Something I haven't been able to find readily is any sort of Udon, but I've been looking.

Was expecting a great episode and surpassed my expectations! Cabbage man is so cool and funny! I find it awesome that people can take pride in their local products and even make stuff like Cabbage soda! Also, ramen cooking class looks fun, hope I can do it when I go to Japan. Is renting a kimono expensive? Sure looks like a nice experience to wear one and wander around town. The sea in Iwate is so beautiful! Happy Thanksgiving from Peru!
