It was very interesting to hear about the experiences of the crew while playing handhelds in public in the USA. None of these guys seem to get any bad attention anywhere, ever. That's not at all how it is like in Europe, or at least in Finland. A lot of people give you very judgmental looks if play in public. Almost no one does it too. Probably for that reason. Smartphones being the exception.

For me this kind of sounds like it is a Fallout CO-OP 2, 3, 4, or single player story mode. But there is a Fallout Online where you pick your own role. For example you can pick caravan guard, traveling merchant, vault boy ect.

In an interview earlier this year, Todd Howard spoke (in very vague terms) about the current development status of their various projects. From what I understood based on that interview, they have 2 major AAA games, one of which is almost finished (ie: Fallout 76) and the other one is still in pre-production. Whatever that other game is, I doubt we'll hear anything about that until 2021 at the earliest. I suspect they'll probably announce a new mobile game at E3 though.

All that I am think when watching this Game Scoop is, "Man, when I was growing up, being a gamer was taboo," and " I wish that my spouse liked video games." Hopefully when my kids get older they will be those kids that get a taste of how amazing games can be. The only problem I can see is convincing the wife to let them have that opportunity.

Aiden Alias. I loved New Vegas on hardcore mode, and started 4 with Survival mode but I couldn't stand not being able to save except for being near a bed.
@AidenAlias6 жыл бұрын
Matthew C In theory that save mechanic was a good idea because it makes you really think before you made choices or got in fights and made settlements even more useful. In practice it wasn't the best because you had to sleep and move time and then that would progress your hunger thirst and if you only slept an hour or 2 in a sleeping back or something you would just wake up fatigued. That said I appreciate Bethesda trying it out and seeing if it worked, part of the reason I love their games is because they have a feeling of experimentation that other games don't have. Playing a Bethesda game feels like when you're a little kid dumping out all your toys and making them do random things that don't make sense like making them fly, theres an imagination to it. Where I feel like other games that are often compared to bethesda games don't have that same magic. The witcher 3 is an example of that to me, I know its a good game buy it doesn't even compare to skyrim to me. Skyrim hands me these characters (or toys to go back to that analogy) and lets me be creative and mess around the witcher on the other hand felt like wheb someone tells a kid "no you gotta play with them like this" and stops you from doing whatever you want. I feel like when they make games bethesda tries to make them in unconventional ways, which can make them buggy or not the technically impressive but theres a real sense that the devs "why do we have to do it this way just because everyone else does". Thats why I'm excited for Fallout 76 because bethesda nails being unconventional and expiermenting to me
