I think if Anthony did not had the condition of not having love in his marriage. I am pretty sure he would have chose Kate rather than Edwina to court because the way he smiled after the their first meet was so genuine that any person could say that he fell for her that very moment. When Kate looked at Anthony at tha ball during the dance totally said that she liked him then. The moment he gets to know Kate would be leaving for India. The reaction he had totally got me convinced that he will have a panic attack and stop breathing. If he doesn't get to see Kate everyday and fell her presence. The way he smiled after sleeping with her was something else. When they both smiled during the time they were in the garden while doing what they wanted to do for months was so happy and yelled their love for one another. It broke my heart seeing him crying after she woke up and also when she was crying thinking that he proposed to her only because of what they did rather than the fact that he loved her. In the Featherington ball the way he proposed was so beautiful and with the fireworks it was cherry on cake. The way he hugs her during the pall mall scene in the last episode always takes away my heart.
