one side info you can activate a faction if you declare the fellowship its location and you are in a strongholdor city if that faction. or a unique companion(that left the fellowship) that is capable of activating that Nation is on the card is in the city or stronghold of that faction

This and star wars rebellion are both top notch 2 player war games. They feel a little bit the same to me due to the similar nature of the unbalanced military vs alternate victory by moving a token on a track before you lose.

why bother with that glassy reminder token in the hunt box? why not just leave a Sauron eye die behind in there during the dice collection phase?

Very cool game ... first time I have seen it ... I Love the movies ... the books are ok but not my favorite ... this game looks very cool ...

It's one of the best games in the flavor department u'll really feel all the mechanics represent some part of the plot and add the expansions becomes even better

I was afraid to add in the expansions in this playthrough . . . maybe I'll do another series sometime in the future with the expansions . . .

It is a very good game. It takes long to play though and many many special rules to learn, these videos whould have been great when I got mine.
