Monster kody was a moron that destroyed his own people and demolished his own community. Then thought the problem was society. The only thing wring with society us that there are people like him in it. He tries to normalize everything he does and make it seem like its not his fault. he was a pariah to his own family. If what he was doing was normal why was he not accepted by his own family. He should have give the proceeds from his book to support the inner city community that he tried to destroy. What a waste of a person.

@. That's cute bro I usually don't comment but listen young soldier I feel your fire. I'm a ex rolling 60 that came up like monster. When I got locked up his book became my bible. He inspired me at that time. As I grew I became more conscious. I let the African herbs and food for my genes transform me into my highest self. With this vision / curse I possess I can see what I call "patterns" patterns in behavior, social structure, events etc Monster or Kody Scott is currently serving time again. He's a father taking out of his home. Failing his family. Us black people fail to realize we don't have the right to even dream of coming together when we lead planet earth with the most broken homes. In fact we popularize it. We even think its not that much of a problem. Tell me son.. How can black people "come together " when you can't even come together with your babymommas and babydaddys. When you can't even come together with cousins you don't like or relatives. When you can't even stand the people in your city ? We talk too much. We got big mouths. But we still weak willed because we refuse to choose better partners to have children with. We refuse to abstain from sex until we are financially secure to have a child just in case. We fail to set our children up for success. We fail to eat the right food for our brains and our behavior. We can't put the meat down. We can't pull our pants up. We can't stop getting tatted up and drinking alcohol. And most importantly we can't grow the balls to blame ourselves. We still fall to the ground like pussies and blame everyone else. What kind of respectful noble people do that. Out of all the adversity we been through on earth the least we can do is bring our families together then we have a chance of linking with more families. Then our city. Our state and eventually we will connect globally but it all starts with where you live. In your home. Tell me soldier... How many black women raising babies alone ? Are these black women mentally stable ? Are these black women educated on knowledge of self ? What made her choose these men to begin with ? Why are these men afraid to be fathers ? How come these men lack leadership in the eyes of a black woman. How come black men have yet to make black women accept them as leaders. We are the only race of men where our women will actually fist fight a black man because her respect for the black man does not exist. But she will confide in the white man and his system shelter care. Because he's there. He provides. These same black women keep black men that do care away from their children because he lost her respect as a human. Why did he choose a woman like that ? None of that matters. The question isn't the answer. What do we do about the root issue. Now that we think we can magically come together without re-establishing the black family. We focus on all the other shit and it always fails because there's no strong organized family to back it. We pride ourselves in being dismissive and disconnecting from Each other with that lame strong independent black woman bullshit. That strong independent black man bullshit. What the fuck does a people that have been separated from their original land, language and culture think they have business doing trying to be independant from Each other ? Niggas are weak willed. How you gonna fight a system when you still busy fighting yourselves ? When the does the fight end amongst Each other ? When does the fight end amongst yourself??? Don't tell me kody Scott isn't weak. When niggas like me fight much harder. Fuck we look like giving a grown functional man a pass for not carrying out the #1 duty. Maintain the household. Nobody gets a pass no more. How's that for fighting a system. If a system that's end goal is to seperate and weaken the black family then whos really fighting the system ? The Black family man & The Black Woman that values family.

I know for many people, especially those who come from poverty, believe that money is the answer, but without calm, knowledge, planning, and resourcefulness in the legal realm, too many people end up in prison or the grave, even if they do acquire temporary money. Money is a tool. It will come, but one should not succumb to the temptation of fast money. Slow and steady is an idea that eludes most. Teach the youth that passion and hard work is the key. The money will come.

What separates him from other Crips, that he would have survived any environment of gangsterism. I don't think people really comprehend that this man was military style banger between 1980 - 1987. Monster Kody did not die in warfare because he stayed getting shot at or did the killing when got the drop first. His typical reaction to be shot at was shot they teach folks in Police Academy. From taking cover any way and being able to survive car to car combat up close. And this is why he was a mythical figure. Peedie Wacc couldn't catch him, Mumbles couldn't find him and Pretty Boy was in several fire fights with Monster. Monster 83ventually lost his agile in the streets once he focused on building his body and mastering the California penal system. People can say all day long Monster helped destroy communities but he wasn't a Lil Fee or nothing like a Rolling Sixty Crip. True Master of Conflict roam in power Warrior Sanyika

Kinda sad that kody died alone, homeless, broke, addicted in a tent and wasn't even found for weeks. Being a big name don't mean shit in gangland. Nobody is guna pay you for the shit you done, if he could have stayed away from drink n drugs he could have had a real nice retirement but nah, he died in a real bad way.

Man SIP monsta! What a beautiful mind! Raw! Honest! Unhinged! It’s wild how much duality he shows in this interview. One second cold blooded gangsta, next second enlightened king just trying to enlighten others, save them from the destruction he has no hope of escaping…

a real paradoxical character he represented the extreme end of losing battle of trying to be good and honorable and also falling ill to ur wicked desires and temptations. this is a struggle that many if not most people deal with in life, just not to the extent of monster kody.
