Thanks for the tip, but I will say I’ve travelled around Mexico several times now and I don’t think I’ve ever seen sour cream on the menu must be an Aussie thing. And to be honest, I’ve never seen use mincemeat so I’ve definitely got that wrong lol 😂 thanks for watching the episode. Magical episode guys. Warburton looks amazing, the Redwoods look spectacular, I love the town with the bridge. It would have been pretty cold 🥶 up there , could you see Mt Baw Baw?. The caravan park looks great, lovely amenities. Your meals looked delicious. Wraps are great, not sure about your vegemite wrap.

Fantastic town, Michelle. Absolutely loved it from the caravan park. You can see mountains all the way around. The park was spectacular on every level if you want to do cabin a tent or take a van I think you’re gonna be happy there and everything is so close . Another great video. I love Warburton, it's such a gorgeous town and the scenery, Yarra and trees are gorgeous. Clean air. Just so refreshing. I will ask for that site, if I ever make it back there. As usual, your food experiences and cooking, makes my mouth water. You should really start with the whites, when tasting wines. Would love a chance to do a tasting with you and help you get to know the qualities a shiraz has compared to the much heavier taste of the cab sav etc. No confusion then. Personally, I am a fan of the lighter Italian reds, though do love all my wines. It's so long since I have driven through those gorgeous towering Australian ash forests and all those lovely tree ferns. That redwood forest is amazing, though so different to the wild ones on the west coasts of the USA and Canada, where the redwoods are not in straight rows and have all sorts of other local mosses and ferns growing amongst them. So glad that redwood forest is heritage listed and what a beautiful story. I think our mountain ash eucalypts are just as awe inspiring. Amazing seeing them up so close in the canopy on your walk What a glorious place and episode. Thanks for sharing it with us!!

So yes, definitely recommend you getting that site if you can. thanks for the tips on the wine. I do prefer my white wines over my reds but the ones we tasted in the episode was delicious. when I was last in the US, I got to see the redwoods.
