Marion coached Addison at Pitt to a Biletnikoff award. Coached Worthy at Texas and served as passing game coordinator. Recruited a 5 and 4 star there. Taking a back up qb and still putting up points at his current school is impressive. Plus has called plays at a couple stops.

Marion is a no brainer for me. Norvell has the strongest tie with him. He is young, relates to players, has developed, and recruited. Does he have big program experience, no, but him and Norvell combined can 100% coordinate a successful offense.

What is Norvell is getting for he needs to recruit better as the head coach for FSU hire a experienced coaching staff that is known to develop talent and producing NFL talent if we the fans see this what is the athletic director looking for or at? Norvell and Alford needs to get this one right they costing FSU millions of dollars by making bad decisions

Indiana is about to make the Norvell mistake and give Cignetti the keys to the program. Just wait until these good players leave and see what kind of team he has after they leave. Might have them for another year or so but then see what happens. It's amazing how they throw the bank at a coach who has one or two good years after seeing other schools and their buyouts~

When you look at the coaches nationally there are only a handful of proven blue chip head coaches.. most of the assistants are young up and comers.. there is a changing of the guard in coaching.. It’s going to be hard to find that guy with a ton of experience.. But these young coaches have a handful of future blue chippers too that one day will lead the top programs.. just need to look at how they relate to their staffs, develop players and recruit top talent. This group we have now.. except for a couple.. aren’t getting it done.

So we are not supposed to want a G5 coach, but the head coach that has more losing seasons At FSU, then winning seasons has coached us to the 3rd worst season in FSU history has the worst losses in FSU history and by the way was a G5 coach we are supposed to put all our faith in as fans smh these 2 dudes need to start covering another team seriously cause they are confused as hell.
