Malfurion's Quest is the fourth and final entry into Turnro's series of Warcraft 3 custom campaigns telling the tale of an alternate timeline compared to vanilla Warcraft 3. Malfurion's Quest will feature two separate story lines, with each providing different units, heroes, items, and much more. The campaign currently contains one complete story with the other path coming out in v2.0.

As a bonus mission, the epilogue could make for a great "In Utter Darkness" scenario. It was a mission from Starcraft 2 about alternate future, when Protoss forces make their last stand and perish. Your objective would be to hold as long as possible and get points for it!

I really loved this campaign from rowan to this.... And after I played this outcome I understand why he called it furion's quest.... Because is it a quest for peace (sentinal) or power(highbourne)... Really best camp ever❤️

Not only Logan the Mysterious, but Bevan the Swift was also there during the speech of Thrall. It would seem the elven remnants are still there. Excited for the good part of Malfurion's Quest. Maybe we can see an Eternity's end mission in the good part of this campaign!

Furion's Epilogue form looked like Sargeras. We never found what was the voice or the "ancient power" that Furion used - when Kil'jaeden said "I will become as powerful as Sargeras himself," I almost expected Malfurion to respond: "Who do you think *really* stands before you?"

Yep, Turnro's Hard mode is quite a jump and as an added benefit(?) he also coded it so that when you enter whosyourdaddy on Hard it counts as an instant loss. The vision cheat still works and makes for good practice. But really though, you have to actually see his amount of defending forces at times at their base. It's like they have two to three times more food cap than normal. The items you get from it though should you manage to find them makes it feel so gratifying in the final mission as most other times you were near steamrolled by the game but then you finally steamroll back. With just your heroes (partly).

It would have been funny if in the end Kil'Jaeden and Furion would've arrived together - on separate ends of the lake - and started to drain the Well of Eternity, trying to outmatch the other. But all of the sudden... *wisps!* Out of nowhere, hundreds if not thousands of them. And Corrupt Malfurion and Kil'Jaeden would burn to ash just like Archimonde did in the original campaign. This could've been Medivh's true trap all along with the runes. I think it would've been a refreshing bit of irony.

The reason why Illidan's buff feel so much more substantial than Malfurion's is because of the Agility hero vs. Intelligence hero. Agility heroes have always been imba, and especially in 1v1 boss fights where your spells doesn't really do crap against the sheer stats of the two heroes, it going to come down to auto-attacks. And as we all know, auto-attacks are what Agility heroes all about (attack speed, armor, and damage). And Demon Hunters have Evasion too, so that's another layer of bullshittery.

@@robert-gabrielpana2398 I'm sure you'll be entertained. Sentinel Path has harder bossfights. I tried one demo that had some Sentinel levels. Cave of Shadows Boss was tough even in Normal. And I'd say it's harder than any bossfight in the Highbourne path that I saw.

It's fascinating how Jayborino always magically forgets to use his skills. That Illidan boss fight can be easily finished with Firewave and immolation as well as swapping between forms from time to time.

Skill/magic power drop off severely as stats increase, hence me only relying on auto-attacking. Further, switching forms briefly prohibits you from moving and it really isn't worth the risk of giving him a beacon. But sure, I 'forgot' to use them.
