the vasto prime has got a lot of buffs. I like mine more than the lex prime. It's lower damage, but significantly lower recoil, faster fire rate, fast reload and i know brozime doesn't take riven disposition into account, but with a 5/5 disposition, it can be one of the best secondary in the game. It's definitely better than the lex.

I think the main advantage of mentioning every weapon is that it functions as a nice reminder what's out there. As a veteran player the Great and Top 10 categories are rarely a surprise to me but seeing all the weapons I leveled once for mastery and then forgot about, because they are trash, was really nice.

Azima has kinda been fodder ever since I started playing. So, almost all of this year. As for Akmagnus? They are just BARELY fodder. Castanas are only good for commit die, Kulstar is a secondary explosive (all of those are fodder, even if I really like Kulstar), Aksomati's clip is way too small, ergo fodder. Lato Vandal is a Lato, how do you NOT know this is fodder????? Spira Prime? Dunno, haven't tried it. As for marelok and Rakta Ballistica? I think the RB regens energy. Anything that regens energy has use to you. As for marelok? I'm pretty sure it isn't Fodder because it does good damage.

JacketFoster Azima is a real powerful hybrid pistol actually which has a powerful gimmick that's useful on saryn for making spores. Akmagnus is NOT fodder at all. In fact, it's basically a more useable Aklex prime. Definitely not even close to being fodder. Castanas does really good damage (great crit and status) along with having aoe and a syndicate proc. Kulstar is also a good hybrid launcher. It's both fun and powerful, being even a potent option endgame. Aksomati may have a small clip, but with just one reload mod it's just fine. Way more useable than twin grakatas. Lato vandal may be a Lato, but it's an endgame Lato. Great crit stats, instant reload, and lots of slash. In other words, it's like a pandero with a larger magazine and better fire rate without the alt fire (hard to control btw). Although obtaining it is hard, it's another very powerful weapon. Spira prime is silent and crits very hard. Also, rakta ballistica may give energy, but it's a crappy weapon. A syndicate proc will not justify using it ever. If that was the case, prisma skana with the augment would be worth it. Marelok is very close to the vaykor version in terms of mr and is rather costly to build. Absolute garbage when you consider that Lex Prime is only 1 mastery rank ahead.

Please go back to old format. I enjoy the longer videos as you dont put alot of them out. I like chilling out playing games and listening to a review of every weapon. I was surprised how quickly the video went. Felt like not much was really said other than the Top 10 weapons; although this could have been the goal. Might have been worth it to scrap the "Great" ranking for this one and just go Top 11. Also, i personally find the alphabetical listing far superior compared to going through the weapons in ranking order.

The old format was not just better, it was more entertaining, more useful, and more informative. I remember being new af to Warframe less than a year ago, not knowing which way was up, let alone which weapon was worth the slot... and your videos detailing every single weapon were *utterly invaluable* to me. I'm MR21 now, due in no small part to informative channels like you, Xandypants and N00blshowtek, so now the value is more in the entertainment of watching you roast the shittiest shit in the game... :P but that won't be true for newer Tenno, which Fortuna has already brought many of, without even being released. don't rob future newer players of the same resource i found so useful.

All these people complaiming about the fact that Bro isnt counting Rivens into his ratings gave me serious brain damage. You know which weapon also can be absolutely good with a Riven? The Lato. Is the weapon now good? No. Get over it when a weapon needs a Riven to be good, its dogshit, since Rivens make everything useable.

This is a list for new players I believe, if you are a veteran, you dont really care much about top tier in many situations, just grab what you like, besides, getting a riven and make a bad weapon usable is not a downside and should be considered as an option, maybe not to grade them but just to tell, this weapon with a riven can be super good. And no, some weapons dont get a significant buff with rivens (simulor series....)

YoIchBinTim That's kind of wrong. Rivens don't make everything good (yes useable, but not good), rather they put mediocre things that are outclassed into top slots. Examples: Lato vandal. Without a riven, fodder. With a riven, top 10 weapon. Vaykor marelok. Without a riven, top tier. With its crappy dispo, just good but not great. Vasto prime. Without a riven, fodder. With a riven, much better than aklex prime and even pandero thanks to dispo and high status chance. Lex prime. Without a riven, good. With a riven, complete garbage with its 1 dispo. I could go on and on about how rivens completely change the meta. Not counting them is retarded.

@PaneledPear6555 You must be at least MR15 or so to equip most rivens in the game, nobody seems to understand that accessibility matters in his rankings and that he will not include rivens because they are random ass stats, usually pretty expensive, extremely variable and not easily accessed by new players.

Roland Cole Accessibility does matter I know, but there are a lot of weapons with real cheap rivens that can beat half of the top 10 weapons. Also, rivens start at mr 8 which is very accessible.

The AK-Magnus is a vanity-weapon. It looks great, feels great and has one of the best fireingsounds in the entire game. But its just not good enough from a min-max point of view. Brozime doesnt take the average player into account. Only beginners and those facing 100+ enemies.

And that bias IMMEDIATELY makes the review worthless. When doing a review, you have to control yoru bias, ESPECIALLY for ranking a weapon or game. It's like IGN giving a Call of Duty player Alien Isolation (Which did happen). He thought it was shit because it's not a game he likes, so he gave it a VERY bad review. Is the game actually bad? No. He just doesn't like it. You have to COMPLETELY get rid of that philosophy for anyone who knows your bias (Which I think most of us who regularly watch Brozime's content knows his bias).

While I do love the trashing of bad weapons, I completely understand not wanting to go through all of them. But, on the subject of the list its self, between Good, Great and Top 10, there's a total of 25 weapons... Out of 89 total secondaries in the game... I find this highly unlikely, even if this is DE. I know it's a lot of work to do these "old style" longer videos, going through all of the weapons, but they help new players SO MUCH. I loved getting a quick pros/cons on the crappier weapons, since you end up leveling so many when progressing through the star chart/quests, that you end up using a lot of them just for variaton/fun. It was really useful to hear a bit of info on the fun but crappy lil' guns I used while doing the easier content.

I use it for Corrupted and Corpus enemies, because it is the most effective against Nullifier bubbles. In fact almost as fast as the Miter (With Augment) with the exception being that it's actually good after popping their bubbles.

What makes the Akbronco Prime better than the Twin Rogga? Ive gotten far more success out of the Rogga than even my Aklex Prime just because of its high pellet count letting it strip armor so efficiently.

They aren't armour strippers purely, but they deal a ton of damage on top. My pair can two-shot a lvl 100 corrupted bombard under good circumstances. Normally it takes a little more, but even so, that's not inconsiderable damage. I've switched off them now, but they were my trusty 'murder guns' for quite a while.

you do know that DE nerfed Ruinous on it so it only extends main beam but has no effect on the secondaries right? RIGHT ? ... and as far as secondaries go, theyr ranking is not important as they are the support tool you take to complement your primary/melee do you Run Amprex as your primary? then you will probably need something like Aklex or Pandero to whip out if you need to touch something a bit further down the range. Do you run Lanka/Vectis Prime/Rubico to keep distance - then Pyrana Prime/Euphona Prime/Akstilleto are probably adequate backup weapons for close and personal work or if you need to strip armor from that Grineer dropship on plains to oneshot it with your OP sniper rifle ... if you reverse those, the secondaries become utterly useless - when you have Tigris prime as your primary then Euphona or Pirana will do jack shit for you, if you Snipe with Vectis then having Lex/Aklex as sidearm is equally as pointless ...

This format works for me. While it can be cool to hear a breakdown of all the weapons, this is much more to the point and we don't just hear "it's shit, don't bother" 30 times. MR fodder probably isn't going to stop being MR fodder and there's no need to repeat yourself as they've been covered before. This makes it a lot easier to find some new weapons that are worth checking out and keeping. This is obviously going to make it less of a chore for you and you can put the saved time into other content or whatever. So keep it like this if you prefer it.

But the Twin Rogga shoot 15 pellets vs 8 on Akbronco Prime (which matters with 100% status shotguns) it's also one MR lower and reloads faster. Their biggest downside is the 2 rounds mag which is bearable with quickdraw. To me the Roggas are very solid secondaries

4:09 Saying the Vasto Prime is useless is a joke. It has a disposition of 5 and is primarily slash damage and has a super fast reload speed. I get it, its not your type of gun, yet I personally hate the Tigris Prime so there's that. But yeah a mr10 weapon that can kill a 150 bombard in 6 shots is "weak" I think not. There are plenty of primaries that can't do that. Make a viral build on the vasto and kill everything that ever lived ever. I mean I get it, the akstiletto prime exists and its awesome, but sometime u just wanna shoot dudes with a shiny space revolver dammit!

The vasto prime isn't bad but guess what its outclassed in every way, the pandero. The pandero is easier to get and even has a cool gimmick that people using the vasto probably like. If you wanna use it because it looks cool or you got a special riven go ahead but you are better off with the pandero.

BMScarecrow vasto procs slash more than pandero, and the only reason you may consider pandero is better is cuz of its gimmick. Vasto + riven out classes pandero with riven. Why rivens you ask? Cuz if you want to min max you need them.

The slash part is true so I guess that is one thing the vasto has over the pandero. However even look at rivens its not like we are comparing a 5 vs a 1, the pandero has a disposition of 3 while the vasto prime has a disposition of 5. You can get rivens for the pandero that are better then vasto prime mods it is so rng. To top it all off lets say you get the NUT pull on your riven for both a pandero and vasto prime I would imagine you would want crit chance/dmg, that is 204% crit chance/122% crit dmg for pandero and 312% crit chance/187% crit dmg. The pandero still wins when you put those numbers into the gun lol. I also did this for dmg/multishot and pandero still has more dmg.

BMScarecrow I generally aim to get a high status and crit riven for all single shot weapons which has above 20% sc and cc. I had a cc + sc riven for vasto p and cc+CD riven for pandero and cc+sc seems to performing consistent against higher lvl enemies if your weapon has high slash damage. But vasto p isn't far off from pandero to call it a Mr fodder. Also we know brozime doesn't like single shot weapons (but somehow loves lex) and aklex p is far slower while taking down a heavy target cuz of lower fire rate. Lex is like a high burst damage but landing those shots is difficult if enemies come charging at you. And my vasto riven has 212% cc and 119% sc so fully modded I have 100% sc and above 100% cc My pandero riven had a 120%cc and 100%cd and both rivens don't have a negative.

BMScarecrow No the pandero is not better with rivens in play. The pandero has only slight damage advantages with an alt fire that's only useful in melee range, but besides that, a vasto with a 300-400% damage riven will end up winning in terms of damage.

I prefer the old and longer format, because it isnt just saying "this is bad" it is an explanation of why it is bad, and that information is really helpful to a more in-depth understanding of the game

Old format is much more entertaining. These were a great hilite videos that I often watched several times, simply to hear the commentary. I understand the time it takes to make them. The information about each weapon is helpful, but more importantly, the entertainment value of yoru commentary is immense.

as someone who has been using the atomos from very early on in my warframe experience and has put 6 forma and a riven into it this video is very validating. i used it to hunt eidolons earlier today, its beautiful. you dont even have to mod for status because it hits so frequently. just mod for crit and multishot and 90%'s.

I really appreciated your old style. I subbed to you because of it, this seems a bit lazy compared to your others. I’m a returning/new player that is trying to ballz deep this game. I found your channel and loved the in depth. Anyone who complains about long videos needs to learn the game on they own.

I loved the fact that you had all the MR weapons together, all the good weapons together and so on. Felt a bit thin but if weapons aint good enough to talk about then I prefer this format.

Here is my suggestion for what to do about telling us about MR Fodder. I don't mind at all that you didn't go through them individually. Crap weps are crap weps after all! But, I VERY MUCH would like to see a list of them so I know which weps are safe to sell once I am done leveling them, without having to get a master list going myself and color coding all of the different weapons as crap, good, better, best or some such. You could just flash a list on the screen, or add a comment with a list of them (or both). But yes--I want to visually have that information. These video lists of yours have been SO HELPFUL to me in my cleaning out weapon slots as I level MR. SO HELPFUL! Truly. I used to just keep buying slots because I was so afraid to toss weapons I might wish I had kept! I have WAY too many slots considering how few weapons I actually USE in the game! lol Without your "this is MR fodder" list I would have an even worse mess and be costing myself more platinum unnecessarily. THANKS for that help! So yes please! JUST LIST EM! No need to name and shame unless you want to. haha

While this format does make more sense, the problem is every random KZbinr out there does "Top 10 countdowns of the best weapons!" You sitting down and going through each weapon in a row was what made your weapon reviews unique, and is the reason myself and I'm sure many others first got to know you.
