Warframe is something a person can return to be it originally having been due to something like burnout, boredom, so on and so forth. There is absolutely a grind but to anyone in the typical mmo grind crowd, this game is rewarding. For those who havent experienced the Zariman, I recommend it.

People also need to keep in mind that the games focus is on power fantasy, hence why early - mid game is peak warframe. That feeling of getting so much stronger while discovering all these new systems is what's so satisfying about the game. Since warframes are so powerful, there isn't really an end game in terms of raids, aside from maybe eidolons/profit taker and with duviri, the orowyrm. End game is mostly about collecting, fashion, and using the complex modding system to create a crazy build for your frames/weapons. If you want end game with great instanced content like raids and dungeons, that is what destiny 2 is for. Both games while completely different, are the best in the market at what they try to do

@@jgsource552 if warframe added a single raid/dungeon crawler area In the game. Warframe would be the top MMO in the whole genre. Imagine if they combined all the elements of warframe and made it a raid😱 “hard” content is literally just bullet sponge enemies and cool rewards or unique gear. If warframe pulled that off there’d be no doubt a landslide for any MMO that tried to compete. Warframe could be so many things it’s crazy. Best MMO I’ve ever played anyway. Been having a hard time see any other team keep my interest like warframe does.

The cool thing about this free game is this: I was bored at 3am and just looked at trade chat with my inventory open, saw some people wanted to buy some prime parts and blueprints i happened to have. 30 minutes later i sold like 4 parts and made 100 platinum.. you dont need to spend money at all if you just look around. I got a free Prime Warframe just from looking at chat for a lil bit.

the one thing that bothers me a little is that the duviri experience as a starting point is a big spoyler for the second dream, that used to be a huge twist reveal for any player, something that blows your mind. It was such a big deal there was the rule of never spoyling it for anyone, and the comunity was united through that rule.

For the open worlds except Duviri, the archwing launcher or Titania's 4 is the way to travel in those. If you like running, Gauss or max strength Volt will zoom you across the map lol

Baruuk is a really fun Warframe! It excels in the really hard missions. You erode your restraint with your 3 that makes enemies sleep then press Serene Storm and your melee attacks become ranged and they go through walls and objects!

i love my baruuk, i threw in around 12 or 14 formas on him and his exalted weapon and even one umbra forma. until level 200 enemies i just melt everything before even starting a combo. and then... this morning i got my subsumed valkyrs warcry and oh boy... feels like i just went super saying while chugging a handful of zensu beans and drinking them down with a zensu bean smoothie.

@@o7....o1 Yeah I got Melee Guidance aura mod and build a bunch of combo duration, etc in my Venka Prime. Helps bypass the combo bug in Baruuk. I just get 13x combo multiplier then jump into my Serene Storm. Don’t have to worry about losing my stacks. Red Crit city!

I've not tried any helminths for him because he synergizes so well. I've heard a grouping ability over his one helps you charge his restraint quickly with lull. Cheers!

This game literally has a character for everyone. I played this game then got off for like a year or 2. Then they released my now favorite character of all time Stynax. My guy is a literal space spartan that is super aggressive and fun to play. You can literally do anything in this game which is why it's one of my favorites.

I feel like the duviri paradox itself is really cool by allowing people to quickly get warframes from circuit and other stuff, but the story isn't really centered towards new players. It spoils a very cool story quest later down the line and it also spoils another... "faction" is what I am going to say to not spoil you.

Yeah, certain quest was basically the highlight of the story, and it was a taboo to even talk about it. And now it's just out there. Kinda bummed that it diminishes the impact the reveal had, but hey, Duviri kinda solved the problem Warframe always had - the steep learning curve with no in-game resource to guide new players to.

Eh, kind of, but also not really. New players just don't have the context to really understand what's going on in the Duviri quest. When I was new, I'd seen people using transference dozens of times by the time I got to The Second Dream, but the reveal still hit because, besides the scene being emotional by itself, it just isn't clear without a dedicated explanation.

I used to have an xbox back in 2016 and Warframe was one of the first games that hooked me and I could play for hours. Recently been looking for something more casual on my steamdeck and noticed Warframe which I haven't touched since 2016 just from being a student at the time and working, just became busy. Picking it up again last night I forgot how much there is to do and can't believe it's free on Steam, wishing I had picked this back up earlier. It's a great casual game where you can jump into some missions, grind some gear and hop off or just spend all weekend decking out your tenno. Definitely worth checking out for its price tag of free but don't feel guilty if you drop a few bucks on the ingame store.

to be clear, to progress properly, you must max out all the gear you can, this increases your mastery level. this in turn increases your over all power. you also have to at least unlock all the junctions on the solar system map in order to access most of the quests, unlock new abilities and features, etc.

Warframe is one of the only live service games that 100% feels like it respects my time. There is zero fomo, & zero items (that I want) that I can't grind for when I want to. I can take breaks, jump in & out with friends at any time & never feel like I missed anything. The game has gone thru so many changes over the years. Most have been for the better. It's 1 of the few games that for me, the grind doesn't ever feel boring or a waste of my time.

I have to completely disagree with this. Warframe has some of the worst drop rates I have ever seen, and so much content that you do just to grind something. Not because it is enjoyable at all, it's terrible content, but you have to do it to grind one item for 20 hours and then never play it ever again once you got it cause you have ptsd.

My experience with the community was honestly pretty shit when i first started playing. I played the game for about a year in 2017 from and then on and off till about 2019. I definitely love warframe, I made an account years back as a little dude and immediately got confused and stopped playing, about a year ago I broke my leg and was stuck with not a lot to do and my friends got me to try warframe. Gotta say it’s been one of the funnest rpgs I’ve played to date. Best of all you don’t have to spend money at all to get the coolest things, as I was playing I learned people will literally pay me in game currency for parts I scrounge up opening relics. So now I can be a millionaire without spending anything at all and be able to afford things like fashion and prime warframes without grinding for them. The start is slow and grindy but once you find your footing the game is like no other and you’ll have everything you want and more

Most important thing is to just start. Everyone wants to be a youtuber, but almost no one grows the courage to try. Its quite easy if you look for the commonality between what the viewer wants AND what you want to make content about. If you have one without the other you will struggle. Good luck!

Ive been playing warframe since launch i do take lilttle breaks here and there but always is my main game everything about it is amazing the only thing its missing is cross save between platforms but i have a feeling we will be getting that soon

Don't. This review was biased as hell. As a vet with thousands of hours, the game has gone down hill drastically. The new expansion is bad in terms of story, gameplay, and optimization.

Warframe and Destiny 2, two games that I both have more than 2k hrs playtime on. The cycle goes: start playing again > finish new campaign > grind my ass off for current meta > me METAH now and get bored > this game is wasting my time it isn’t rewarding and lack new content > touch grass > hmmm I kinda miss it I wonder if there’s any update > oh woooow this look promising > start playing again

I love how you are playing the game without min maxing and enjoying it too! revenant is (or was at least) the best endgame frame outside of afktavia for endurance runs... why? that armor!!! timed invulnerability and shield gating made him unkillable!

Im a veteran, in preparation of cross save, i installed it on my new gaming PC...the new player experience is waaaaay better than I remember.(i started playing when Plains was brand new).its still a gane where a wiki is needed...but not as soon as you start walking around the Orbiter.
