Sandstorm is nice that you can just click it off, you don't have to run through the entire duration. Meaning, it can be great for quick grouping. I've been toying around with first casting Scarab Swarm, then group up with Sandstorm while they are getting armor stripped and finally, dump them all at your feet, yell "All must bow before The Fists of Sand!" and splat them with Prisma Obex modded with Entropy Detonation. ...One can hear Atlas vibrate inside the Armory. I have yet to try other alternatives for prone finishers, kind of scared I will venture into "Behold The Sock of Sand!" territory and beyond. To me this has been one of the most fun reworks ever :D

So okay, this was a weird idea I stumbled onto by following the strangest gut instinct in the world: Helminth Tesla Nervos + Augment. Not only does being able to incidentally and passively full-strip enemies mean you get the full value of Tesla Bank detonating enemies for HP percentage damage, and it benefits from Range meaning you can group things with Sandstorm super easy and spread scarabs super well, it also just kinda feels weirdly cool having so many summons? Having cats running around spreading scarabs and nervos rolling about latching onto things and stunning them and sentencing enemies to ultra-death, it's a strange cross of aesthetic that just... felt weirdly satisfying to faff around with? Give it a shot if you have the time and resources, I bet it's even better if you subsume over 4 instead of 1 so you can use Dessication's Curse for bonus cats, you'd just have to summon them slightly more manually.

I actually use blood alter with inaros (yeah surprising right) and every time the acylotes spawn or when I need health desperately I use blood alter which thankfully can't be disabled by acylotes and I'm able to regain my health faster than the acylotes can harm me (even with a necramech an acylote and about 30ish enemies on top of me I can still regain my health faster than all of them can harm me at the same time (Combine that with arcane grace and arcane guardian and about 8000 to 9000 health and you see where this is heading)

​@@apexgear2340powerful enough to get most jobs done and hold his own but not too powerful to be the direct equal to revenant (Which revenant is only 99.99% immortal and I'll explain) Many people viciously deny the fact that revenant's mesmer skin can be disabled or even die (Even though they're two enemies in the game that can and will disable abilities and revenant's mesmer skin is and ability not a buff and even then people still viciously deny it) Which I simply to them if that's the case stand inside a nuffier's bubble without attacking the nuffier and without a companion and see if your mesmer skin is disabled or stand within 20 metres of violence the moment he activates silence don't attack him and without a companion and see how long you last or if your mesmer skin is disabled (And even then they still viciously deny the fact that revenant is not unkillable Even though I know in both of these cases revenant's mesmer skin is disabled and I've almost died to violence not once but twice to violence as revenant because of silence and almost to a Nuffier's bubble) This proves one thing Players fear death even once The weakness of any player because it teaches you nothing while dying actually teaches you allowing you to progress and gain knowledge (A harsh truth but that's reality) So yeah inaros is powerful enough to get most jobs done but not too OP like revenant (which thb is for the best)

If you're doing a Scarab Swarm build Sandstorm is actually just the correct choice for what to remove, if anything. You get easier finishers from your 1 and you actively don't WANT the CC and grouping, because it breaks the chain for Breach Surge and Swarm.

This looks fun. I haven't toyed around enough with Helminth on him yet. I really enjoy gathering things up with sandstorm, tossing down a swarm, and then slicing. Things just die and cats explode out of them. It's lots of fun. I always liked Inaros. He was released shorly after I started playing, and helped me kind of keep up with my friends who had already been playing for a while. His kit was always a bit arse, so it's super nice to see them turn it into a cohesive thing.

Yeah, I ended up going more in the direction of Elemental Sandstorm because I likes my melee and a mobile enemy gathering ability that primes enemies and opens them to ground finishers right under my feet is _(chef's kiss)_ The healing and invulnerability are nice, too. Hilariously I also threw DECOY on Inaros, and that draws a lot of enemy fire and when I gather enemies with Sandstorm, I get a LOT of health on that thing.

The King is back. I don' even bother with Subsumes, his kit base kit is more than enough. I am looking to make an elemental Sandstorm build along with regular full Tank build. I don't even have emerald shards and it's doing wonders. Another W rework. Inaros became my new main once more (Lavos is still a close second though). P.S : You can drop Sure footed as the status immunity is now baseline with Scarab Shell, and the maximum armor now scales with Strenght.

If you have a friend that likes nidus, I implore you to try the new Nidus augment alongside you. It's, uh...a little ridiculous when you pair it with abundant mutation. I got my nidus all the way up to 16k health without too much in the way of strength. Just intensify and molt augmented

Sandstorm completely wrecks the build tho. You want them to be spread out so the range of breach surge and scarabs means something. No point casting both then grouping them, especially in an endless mission.

ma brudda! sandstorm no longers throws ppl away! it clumps em in the middel and when you stop spining the land around you open for ground finishers. sweaty sweaty unaffiliated Inaros players are hyped over sandstomr cus the heal and grouping but i would rather put surge on desecation since the grouped enemies are faster to finish making it a double healing in case of an upsie. :u btw I wanted his four to summon the tomb guardians instead but the kavats are ok as well since they were like a million of them in the tomb... ye, rejoice on the reborn Inaros, we shall take all the sand from the sanctum anatomica and take over the star chart!

I'd preface by saying I don't dislike the rework, and it's clearly fun, but. This really highlights the design issues with warframe. Inaros, when released, was meant to be a pure weapon platform who was the chonkiest you could be without total immortality. The game moved past basic health tanking, and him, as new metas came and went. But this rework essentaily just brought him into the current meta and that's that. He's now a corrosive proccing enemy grouping aoe nuking frame. Yaaay. Not like we have 40 of those. Don't get me wrong, he's good and strong now, and the sand theming keeps it Inaros, but it feels like he lost his role of "the chonky health tank frame" and stepped into "which flavor of armorstrip/roomnuke you want today?" And the thing is, this happened with Hydroid, this is what new frames are trending toward as well, because if the frame can't nuke a room it's automagically bad and useless compared to someone who can do that. That's an entirely different issue to face than "this one frame has few players", but I want to feel excited for a new frame because it does something new or different rather than because the combo for big deeps is 334 this time around. Essentaily, make roles a thing again, not everyone needs to be an armor stripping slash dispenser.

I go with some health some armour, "rage" and a balance on every ability stat and outmatch very well a Lot of the Game, if You want to stand on the enemy fire for half an hours while picking your nose, is not the frame for You. You have to be thoughtfull about when to get hit and when not..
