This is actually a super fun and challenging game. Xcom without the % hit chance, and a bunch of quality of life like action point refunds upon enemy squad wipe or discovery. It has had a great deal of thought and care put into it.

Sayma set the bar light-years above everyone else. He's clearly significantly influenced how 40k is animated and it definitely shows here. But you can't claim he's responsible for this particular animation. The movements of the GKs appear more 9th edition cinematic in terms of posing and pacing.

Yeah. In this case, you can get a clue if you google for Chaos Gate. Was an old isometric 40k game, which could be accurately described as classic X-Com but with Space Marines. Who knows how much of the formula they'll stick to though.

If it was my job to make that cinematic. I'd have a grey knight with his helmet off in his suit in the dark. He would be saying those lines quietly to himself like a prayer. And the clips of the grey knights fighting and dieing with the images of the demons would be flash cut with his prayer. At the end of the clip he would grab his helmet and put it on facing away from the camera. Then you would see the blue eyes light up as he says "...and chaos can not stand against us" (in the machine voice) then he turns in his full suit. Picks up his glaive and walks towards the camera out of the door.
