I absolutely hated doing the Tyranid half of the Leviathan box, but the models look so good when they're done.

Yeah Tyranids are such a funny one, they have a really long ugly face when painting them but when they come together it’s very rewarding

As much as I had to laugh about you pulling the Tyrannids with the re-roll - I think it did you good. Now they are nearly done and out of the way. I would call it a success :) Looking forward to the next round, though I have no clue where you scrap the motivation for such crazy 12 hour runs XD

We will do a battle for each of these! So we've got a battle report game using the combat patrol rules for both of these sides in the works, then the same for future challenges :)

Good luck finishing up the Tyranids. As someone who starts countless projects only to (temporarily?) abandon them halfway, I'm crossing my fingers to see them done soonish. Also, I just want to mention that I really appreciate the sort of videos you create. They are so genuine, just two friends being enthusiastic about the hobby. Please stay that way! Good attempt guys. Well done for just about finishing the GSC. Nids are a bastard! I wouldn't get half of that done in that time ☹️ . I was a bit gutted when the wheel in the last video went from Eldar and just nudged into Nids😂😂.

Did u realise that the nid combat patrol was 20 termagants, 5 barbgaunts, 3 von Ryan’s leapers, 2 ripper swarms, 1 psychophage and 1 tyranid prime

Thanks! Episode 2 is out this Sunday! In regards to a wet palette, you can either look at making your own (a minute of baking type paper and Tupperware) or you can look at ready made ones. The RedGrass games everlasting palette is really good and the one that both of us use 😀
