Combat juggling has been around for quite a while. I remember seeing a demonstration of it in a school assembly sometime around 1986. Also, I'm pretty sure "Kung Fu Volleyball" is or was an Olympic sport.

In an alternate universe Die Hard is a short-story about a guy that went to a christmas party and made up with his wife. It's a story about not being an inattentive husband and to not be jealous of someone else just because they have money. Runtime is 12 minutes and 43 seconds + 3 minutes of intro/outro/credits.

Almost as wholesome as the _sequel,_ where the guy meets his wife at the airport after another happy landing. There they run into a familiar looking _Simon Gruber,_ who explains how his brothers illicit money paid for his experimental operation, and they all bury the hatchet and celebrate christmas together.

I am going to forget the context but there was a story I remember (been so long foggy on the details), that was like a ragtag bunch of guardsmen with a wounded space marine and I think a low-ranking Inquisition officer that had some sort of important object or information and they had to escape a hive city that was falling to daemons with and like usual trope plans A through Z fail and they somehow have to fight their way to the last shuttle and escape off world. They even had like guardsmen with different roles and from different worlds, I also want to say one of the civilians with them was a true blank (maybe even a pariah) who is mistreated the whole time and then later with the space marine wounded sacrifices himself to stall a big scary daemon and save everyone. Like I said this was a while ago and I could be mixing up details and combining stories if it was ever even cannon at all, but something like this could be a good fit for the show. Have like the first few episodes (2-3) flesh out the setting and let us get to know a few different characters with whispers of bad shit going on (that the viewer obviously knows all hell will break loose). Then the space marine character (and his BROTHERS), who we probably already met a bit, but was off world, shows up and is like "are the rumors true?" "Is it really that bad?" BOOM! yes, it is that bad! Next episode or two of crazy shit and trying to get a handle on it. Then the rest of the show is things not going to plan and the eventual escape/victory or whatever of the surviving characters we have come to like. That could be a good way to do a 40K story and have people not invested in the universe still watch it, but I am sure there are others (if this even turns out to be any good).

You know , in a way the old Eldar Guardian Mesh armour was a bit like Oolbleck in it's description . Be able to let the Eldar move freely with grace , only to become rigid when they suffer from impacts.

I would love the Amazon show to be an animated Horus Heresy Series that starts with "I was there the day Horus slew the Emperor", cuts to drop pod etc, and just follow the main plotline, we don't need all 80 whatever books, but if done right you do the first 3 books as Season 1 and end it on the cliffhanger of the aftermath of the Dropsite Massacre and all of the traitor primarchs gathering for their planning session, end on Horus looking at the Camera and saying they will march on Terra and overthrow the Emperor BUM BUM BUUUUM.

Bobiverse books are the best. I've read and listened to them about 15 times now. Literally the best series I've ever read. Absolutely love them. If you're into audiobooks, this is the best series I've ever heard in audiobook form. I had 4eqd them like 7 times or so and seen that the audiobooks were so highly rated and thought I'd try them out. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. Also, whoever said it was too much like Ready Player One obviously never even read the books. 🤦🤦🤦🤦 It is NOTTTTTTHING like ready player one.

After watching more than five tutorial videos about painting minis I still don’t know what I’m doing. They all claim to be for beginners but two minutes in and they have already started doing/saying things that I have little to no concept of and ultimately gain little from the video. It really feels like they expect you to have some experience painting already. A year of doing mini painting later and and I’m still lost.
