This got me crying. Every student in the world have right to a good education, have right to study whatever excite them. Doesn't matter how financially or academically weak they're, they have all right to persue it. Hope one day we will be able to create a world where students were not judged based on their marks or how much money they have but how much passionate they're.

This reminds me of my life after graduation in 2008 when I got scholarship to study in France. Never had I thought that I would be able to go and study abroad. Great memories and friendships made. However I realized the part that being good at something and loving the same thing can be a conundrum later in life. At 34 I am preparing for civil services with an aim of serving society. Let's see where it takes me.

I am from delhi and did my diploma in mechanical engineering then after that I had my campus placement in R&d of Bajaj Auto Ltd Pune. But then I had 2 options to do Btech or to go for this job opportunity in the Research and development of a top automobile company. So I decided to enroll in this college of MDU University which allowed me to do the training there. As the first year in Bajaj was as a diploma trainee. But then pandemic happened, and colleges went online but the company was going on so i did second year company trainee there too. But in those 2 years i realised as you said I was good at my work but I was not happy. And from my childhood I was good in computers so now my training is over and I came back to Delhi. Next year my BTech is ending and now i am preparing for CDAC which I discovered when I was in Pune. In Pune I learnt about finance also and I am eager to go deep in finance too. I took some stock market courses also looked for CFA program. Do you think it's possible to go into two diff carriers. Or should i focus on one thing only? I am sure i would be happy doing both things.

This story resembles m y so much. I can relate to you recently in September I got the 100% scholarship to study in UK for my bachelorwhichs which was worth almost 2 crores and this was feeling like a dream come true. Your story is very similar to me. Event I didn't had the money to pay for the visa charges so we have to take loan for visa and flight charges. Buying expensive jackets for winters was also a big expense sor meand just like you said even I bought second hand jackets to minimalist my expenses. Thank you for putting out to many other students. Trust me guys you can do it I had just 84 % in 10th board even though due to hard work I was able to achieve it and you can do it as well. Just believe in yourself.

I immigrated to Canada in 2019 leaving my job in India. I had to start from scratch. I think last 2 years I was able to know things that I would have never been able to know about me. Although now I have the habit of becoming my own parent and advise myself in my mind. The journey has been so enriching. I know I cant write that on my resume but I think I can better empathise with people now and believe just "being nice" to someone is so underrated.... Love your content Ankur...🥰

Thank you so much, Ankur. The timing of this video is very apt for me. I arrived in Ireland two months ago to start my PhD. Recently, I have been pondering a lot over my decision to pursue research for 4 years. Though I always loved doing research in Mixed Reality in India, after coming here, I cannot see myself happy working as an independent researcher for a living. I will spend a few more months here before deciding. I am not sure whether returning to India will be the right decision or not. What if after returning to India and joining an industry job, I realise that PhD was a better option? I have never worked in the industry.
