@HannahMartinRG3 жыл бұрын
Yes, exactly! Those workouts that make you feel depleted before you even start are kind of pointless cause then I find I do an awful class afterwards. This routine is there to activate all the muscles but not kill you off before you even start 😂🙈

Hey there! I have thought about doing these tutorials, but if I’m honest, I have a lot of work to do in that area myself 🙈 I don’t want to teach anything I don’t feel like I have mastered myself 🙈 also aware that it may difficult in some people’s spaces x

Great tutorial but too many adverts make it quite annoying. Dont mind adverts in normal vids but in tutorials/workouts its annoying, fine if at the start/end though.

That is a very good video, but aren't you supposed to warm up your legs before doing the splits?

Bloody amazing. I don’t have the little ball? Any suggestions as to what exercises I can replace those first ones with? Awesome workout.
@ec11763 жыл бұрын
If you’re a rhythmic gymnast, you can use the big part of your club, and also as she said a tennis ball works well. I don’t know if this helps, but I hope you figure something out!

if you have a pool ball or something, it's far harder but before i bought my massage balls i used that or a jar (like a perfume bottle or a jar of tiger balm) to roll out my feet and the front of my calves (the muscle on the outside of your shin bone, rolling that out helps create a nicer arch by releasing that muscle)
@EM-xj8hy3 жыл бұрын
@@ella-maealmond8753 that’s pretty smart actually! Thanks for the advice! Got to work with what we have atm!
@ella-maealmond87533 жыл бұрын
@@EM-xj8hy of course i totally get that, pool balls work better than like jars and stuff but honestly anything hard-ish with a round shape would work totally fine for these sorta of stretches and warmups ❤️

Hannah i really love ur videos but I have a question about my back flexibility ,well i stretch my back everyday,and i can do backbends and a lot of advanced flexibility poses but when I try to touch my head to my toes i can't fully touch them sometimes i touch just the lower part of my head not all my head ,idk what to do it's really pissing me off,hannah if u have an answer please tell me,btw have a good day ❤️❤️❤️

I think you just have to continue stretching

@@Marina-vu9cg thank u for the advice ❤️
@HannahMartinRG3 жыл бұрын
Hey there, I don’t want to give any professional advice as I can’t see you and please disregard my comment if you would like as this is only a tightness I have notice in my own training and can’t speak for anyone else. Sometimes the tightness is actually in the front of thigh preventing you from bending your knees enough to tough your head. I stretch my thighs out a lot so I keep them nice and loose for this stretch. Maybe that is something worth trying? 😄
@saralouati92583 жыл бұрын
@@HannahMartinRG yeah i think that's the reason ,i mean sometimes i stretch just my back and not my thighs ,i am actually flexible in my legs but i don't stretch them often ,all my focus is on my back flexibility ,but from today I am going to stretch every part of my body,btw hannah tysm for ur advice , appreciate it ❤️❤️❤️
