I love your hip mobility workouts. I find them really special. And this definitely is. It's very challenging for people like me who have closed and rusty hips, but it's wonderful to feel them open up slowly as the exercises progress. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 Thank You so much 🙏

THANK YOU. I did a stupid thing while working out 5 months ago and ended up hurting my hips. (I did a very wide, deep squat with 50 lbs on my back, aggressively and without warming up first... Noooo thanks.). One of my hips still twinges as if the nerve is pinched or something. I'm not entirely sure what's wrong, but I'm genetically very flexible and I can't do a wide middle split like I was able to before the injury. My range of motion is severely limited compared to what it used to be. I don't know why, but this is helping. Perhaps it's the constant gentle motion and blood flow that's soothing the pain, I'm not sure. No matter what though, it's helping. I'm going to do this pretty much every day now. Hopefully my poor hip sockets will forgive me and start recovering :'( To everyone with hip sockets: DON'T YOU DARE TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED. YOU WALK ON THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY.

🩰T👌🏻Y🤍 Anyone interested 🤔 I am using a “cheap” black plastic and silver garment rack at it lowest level as a makeshift😂 ballet barre! It’s a little wobbly but it makes due.🤗
