Thanks Professor very helpful to avoid injuries : no precipitation on the instrument! First warm, then stretching muscles, then sing the exercises or piece for good rhythm and good tune,( singing helps to anticipate and correct the notes) And at the end take the instrument and the bow for some scales in tonality of piece.
