When I warmed my warmie up in the microwave it only heated the bottom of it and it smelled awful, is this normal

Hey, I have a manatee warmie and I absolutely love him, but the lavender smell makes me sneeze and cough a bit. Do you know any way to reduce the smell or does it fade with time?

In my experience with Warmies, the smell seems stronger after microwaving because of the moisture. I have used a towel heater and found that the smell wasn’t as strong. Definitely check in with the company to see if it’s okay before trying that though! I’m sure the smell will fade over time as well

So I have knee surgery and I received a stuffed animal and it don’t have a tag to she it was a heat able one but they said it was how do I know it feels like it can idk it is very heavy on the bottom and it sounds like beads and the head and arms as mushy and don’t have the beads
